Mr. Gazda is a Maintenance Engineer with Flagship Healthcare Properties. Shane is responsible for the management and supervision of daily operations of a portfolio of properties in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Prior to joining the firm in May 2019, Shane was a Maintenance Engineer in the commercial health care sector for 14 years. He brings management experience and multiple trade skills to the Research Triangle Park portfolio.

Shane, being an Eagle Scout, volunteers his time as an Active Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America Organization. He is fulfilled when he is able to help others in need and spending quality time with his family!
