Kim joins Flagship as a Receptionist-Office Assistant who in this role is the friendly voice responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, mail distribution and provide clerical support for the whole company. She’s the smiling face that is the first point of contact for the entire organization who is professional with her appearance and keeps a positive attitude. Kim has been an Administrative Assistant for over 25 years mostly in the mortgage banking industry along with a few years in the medical profession.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Kim provided over 15 years of administrative assistance in the Residential Mortgage industry for the 7th largest bank in the world. During that time, she also became a mortgage officer helping many families achieve their dreams by purchasing their primary and investment homes.

Kim was a native of New York before moving to Charlotte. Kim is still happily married to her high school sweetheart Lawrence; they have two daughters Kim Michelle and Taryne Jenay. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, riding bikes, roller blading, maintaining her exotic plants and family gatherings.
