Andrew Dhionis joined the firm as an analyst with the Asset Management team and now serves as Vice President of Asset Management. He is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating the firm’s REIT valuation model. Andrew also assists the Asset Management, Investments, and Acquisitions departments in evaluating current and potential investments.
Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Andrew spent over two years with Columbus Nova, a Charlotte based commercial real estate investment group. Andrew served as a Net Lease Acquisitions Analyst for Columbus Nova, supporting deal origination and acquisition execution for investments in single-tenant net lease assets.
A native of Massachusetts, Andrew has lived in Charlotte, NC since 2015. In addition to spending time with family and friends, he enjoys golfing and fishing.
