Ms. Adams serves as a property administrator for Flagship Healthcare Properties’ healthcare real estate portfolio in the North Region. In this role, she works closely with our Property Managers to provide quality assurance for our tenants and vendors. Her day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating vendor engagement and procurement, tenant engagement, ensuring compliance, database management, and various other projects. Prior to joining the firm, Abril was a Property Management Assistant at Thalhimer before spending the last 2 years as a stay-at-home mother. Before her time with Thalhimer, Abril worked in multi-family residential property management and managed private residential rentals with a small real estate company.
Abril is a mother to 3 girls ages 9, 6 and 2. In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening, trying new restaurants and finding fun and creative things to do with her kids.
