Following the success of five new development projects completed for Caldwell UNC Health Care, the  UNC Health Care system in Chapel Hill engaged Flagship to complete two new outpatient facilities in the  Raleigh market for their Physicians Network. Each new location is roughly 15,000 SF and includes urgent care  and family medicine services. Flagship’s development team fully engaged with UNC’s real estate department  to develop an efficient prototype building & floor plan for deployment throughout their market. For this  engagement Flagship’s responsibilities included a detailed site selection, entitlement and rezoning process.  

For both projects, UNC presented Flagship with the challenge of creating a prototype facility that can be  replicated throughout their market. Thus, the shell and floorplans for both projects are very similar. Creating  this prototype has been a big focus of Flagship in the design process and will allow UNC to deploy future  facilities more efficiently and quickly. 

All capital costs were funded by Flagship with no additional funding needed by the client.
