Triangle Medical Center is a 30,000 square foot medical office building located in Ashley Village, a medical office park adjacent to the WakeMed hospital campus in Cary, North Carolina. Prior to Flagship’s engagement as Property Manager, the property faced numerous difficulties with curb appeal, vendor oversight, and deferred maintenance. Flagship was able to leverage economies of scale and implement best practices cultivated through our extensive experience in managing medical office buildings. These actions along with our continued diligence assured ownership that proper inspections and maintenance improved the property value and overall tenant satisfaction.

Flagship partnered with the Owner to complete improvements to the property, including: new HVAC controls, HVAC Equipment, and a Common Area Renovation. The strategic planning and implementation of these improvements allow Flagship to work within the property budget while exceeding the ownership group’s expectations. As a result of Flagship’s value enhancements, the asset was sold in 2021. Flagship was retained as third-party Property Manager upon completion of the sale.
