Flagship Healthcare Properties was originally engaged by OrthoCarolina in 2011 to manage a single medical office building. Through excellent service and the hard work and diligence of Flagship’s property and facility management teams, the relationship expanded to nine properties through additional management assignments in 2014, 2016 and 2017 whereby Flagship handles all property management, maintenance, and accounting services. Flagship was also retained on an ongoing basis to collaborate with OrthoCarolina on the facility regulatory compliance oversight and maintenance for the ambulatory surgery center they own and operate.

In 2018, Flagship became OrthoCarolina’s facilities management partner, growing the relationship to 35 properties across North and South Carolina, a portfolio exceeding 500,000 square feet. With this expanded relationship, Flagship assigned dedicated personnel to the OrthoCarolina account, including a dedicated senior facilities manager, assistant facilities manager, and three maintenance engineers.
