Beginning with the acquisition of a ±144,247 square foot portfolio of five medical office buildings in 2018, Flagship has cultivated the relationship with Lexington Clinic (LC) to include asset management, property management oversight and development services to achieve the practice’s healthcare real estate objectives. Flagship further strengthened the relationship with the 2021 acquisition of the then newly developed 116,997 square foot Lexington Clinic headquarters location at 1221 South Broadway.

To accommodate the practice’s growth, Flagship’s development team will deliver a ±53,000 square foot medical office building (MOB) for LC’s orthopedic department and other related service lines. The new MOB will feature an innovative central registration design component and be developed on LC’s main South Broadway campus. Flagship’s experience in healthcare real estate development and ability to quickly pivot from an initially planned 22,000 square foot building to a ±53,000 square foot facility in order to meet LC’s growth and ambulatory delivery strategy were integral to the practice’s selection of the firm for this project.

Flagship will develop the site, shell and complete upfits for a turn-key delivery.
