In 2020, as part of a strategic move to access the growing Florida healthcare market, Flagship conducted a detailed study of the Tampa area and identified several locations for future development projects. The Fletcher MOB represents the first of many planned new Flagship developments in the greater Tampa area.

Construction began on this 3 acre infill site in Q1 2023 after 18 months of entitlement, design and permitting. Located in the mature Carrollwood sub-market, this 18,000 sf development is slated to be completed in November 2023 and will provide space for a variety of healthcare professionals looking to access this demographically attractive section of Tampa.
