CaroMont Health engaged Flagship Healthcare Properties Project & Construction Management team to manage the upfit of a new location for their Lake Wylie Urgent Care.

The buildout combined a warm dark shell of three existing suites into one, forming ± 6,000 square feet of space. The suite consists of 8 exam rooms, 1 treatment room, a lab and separate drug screen room, and a state-of-the-art x-ray room. The Urgent Care has dedicated 2 exam rooms for infectious disease control in which both rooms can be converted to negative pressure suites with the flip of a switch.

The buildout was completed in 6 months and became fully operational in March 2021.
