CaroMont Health engaged Flagship Healthcare Properties as fee developer for their new 23,000 square foot medical office building in Clover, South Carolina. The new MOB will house family practice, pediatrics, and women’s health specialties.

Although CaroMont retains ownership of the building, Flagship was brought in very early Flagship Value-Based Solution to manage the hospital’s programing efforts, contractor selection and budgetary approval process. Flagship’s management team was able to advance design and permitting efforts despite the local municipality being in the middle of a land use ordinance overhaul. Careful coordination and negotiation with the local municipality allowed Flagship/CaroMont to advance thru design and permitting despite pending changes to the zoning code.
