UNC Caldwell engaged Flagship Healthcare Properties’ development team to identify, contract, and acquire a site for a new primary and urgent care clinic. Flagship searched the market and identified, contracted and acquired a former retail location for redevelopment to a medical office facility. This was the best opportunity for the client to achieve strategic initiatives related to their plan to enhance market share while contributing to the quality of care in the community.

The redeveloped ± 5,000 square feet facility, located at 8439 Valley Boulevard, now houses Primary and Urgent Care practices for Caldwell UNC Healthcare. Flagship also provides property management services for building.

The project was completed on time and under budget. All capital costs were funded by Flagship with no additional capital required from the client.
