Flagship purchased a 1.9 acre outparcel within a commercial component of the Berewick community, one of  the largest and fastest growing mixed use communities in the greater Charlotte market. Flagship closed on the land  transaction in early 2018 with a plan to construct two ± 9,000 square foot medical office shells. The buildings, one fully  leased to Novant Health and the other a multi-tenant property, were constructed concurrently with the goal of having  Novant’s practice up and seeing patients by December 2018. Services offered in the Novant building include family  care, pediatric care and women’s health. The second multi-tenant building includes a dentist and rehabilitation therapy  office, and one additional suite.
