Alexis is the Executive Vice President of Investor Relations, overseeing both the Investor Relations and Marketing departments. In this role, she leads the company’s efforts to expand and manage its network of accredited investors in Flagship Healthcare Trust and engage with the investment community. Prior to joining Flagship, Alexis served as Vice President of Business Development for CapGrow Partners where she was responsible for driving the company’s real estate investment growth through strategic partnerships on a national scale, as well as helping to provide direction and planning for the company. During her time at CapGrow, Alexis held various leadership positions across sales, marketing, and business development, continually developing the brand, evaluating key opportunities and relationships, as well as overseeing a team of sales and marketing professionals. Fun Fact: I have a love of classic cars in general but a lifelong obsession with the 1964 ½ Mustang.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Mr. Bratcher directs Flagship’s ambulatory surgery center (ASC) strategy and portfolio. As Partner and Executive Vice President, he is responsible for the ASC platform’s growth and direction, which is centered on building strategic partnerships with surgery center operators and physicians to acquire and/or develop ASCs. Bratcher previously worked as the Enterprise Vice President of Real Estate for Envision Healthcare, a conglomerate of healthcare companies, where he oversaw the development and management of the portfolio consisting of approximately 650 properties, including 280 ASCs, across 40 states. Prior to Envision Healthcare’s merger with AmSurg, one of the nation’s largest ASC operators, Bratcher worked as AmSurg’s Director of Real Estate and Real Estate Counsel. Fun Fact: My Great-Great-Great-Uncle, “Long” John Reilly was a first baseman for the Cincinnati Reds from 1880 to 1891 and a commercial artist who painted posters for the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey circuses. He was inducted into the Reds Hall of Fame in June 2012.

J. Brannen Edge became President and Managing Partner of Flagship Healthcare Properties in 2013, and was named Chief Executive Officer of Flagship Healthcare Trust and Flagship Healthcare Properties at the end of 2020. As CEO, Brannen is responsible for setting the strategy to execute on the company’s mission to provide extraordinary stewardship and outcomes for all we gratefully serve in healthcare real estate. Prior to joining Flagship in 2006, Brannen was a Vice President in the commercial banking group at BB&T (now Truist). After BB&T, he earned his M.B.A. from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he graduated as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma with dual concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. A native of Richmond, Virginia, Brannen has lived in North Carolina since 1999 and in Charlotte, NC since 2001. In addition to spending time with his wife, son and daughter, Brannen enjoys travel, reading, sports, exercise and golf. Fun Fact: I ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain.

Mr. Gregg is Executive Vice President of Development and Co-Department Head. In this role, Dev will directly support the company’s portfolio of development projects, providing strategy and vision for the capture, planning, structuring, financing, and execution of all new healthcare developments for the firm. In addition to leading our Development service line, he will join and assist other members of the management team in formulating and implementing best practices for a long-range development team strategy and the continued growth of the firm. Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties in 2017, Dev was Senior Vice President of Development Services with Cogdell Spencer and Erdman. There he was responsible for 32 healthcare development projects totaling 2,000,000+ SF and $420 million in cost, including ambulatory facilities, in-patient hospitals, and associated parking structures. Mr. Quattlebaum is the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions for Flagship Healthcare Properties. In this role, Gerald oversees all aspects of the firm’s acquisition group including sourcing, screening, managing the analytical and due diligence functions, legal documentation, and closing of all acquired assets on behalf of the firm. Gerald brings more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience primarily in the areas of investments, project development, leasing, and client relations. He has spent the past 25 years focused solely on healthcare real estate. Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Gerald was Vice President of Development & Leasing with Lendlease Healthcare Development (formerly DASCO Companies) where he was responsible for the development and leasing of over 2 million square feet of outpatient facilities on a national platform. Kyle Sweeney is Partner and Chief Investment Officer for Flagship Healthcare Properties. Kyle manages the investment process for Flagship Healthcare Trust, the company’s real estate investment trust (REIT), and holds a senior leadership role in Flagship’s broader capital allocation strategy, underwriting and new business development efforts. As CIO, he collaborates with executives overseeing asset management, leasing, accounting and investor relations to position the REIT’s investment activity, maximize long-term value creation and support growth and coverage of its dividend. Prior to joining Flagship, Kyle was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Wentworth Management Services, focused on their healthcare real estate portfolio. Previously, he held various investment positions in 11 years at both Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI) and Aviv REIT, Inc. (formerly traded on the NYSE prior to its 2015 merger with Omega). Kyle oversaw the underwriting and investment management process at Aviv which went public in 2013. Prior to joining Aviv, he served with LaSalle Bank and its successor entity, Bank of America, in underwriting roles that provided lending services to the healthcare sector. A native of Milwaukee, Kyle has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University. Mr. Griffith is a Partner with Flagship Healthcare Properties and serves as Executive Vice President of the Leasing and Brokerage department. He has served in this role since the inception of the firm in 2010. His primary responsibility is overseeing the leasing and brokerage operations of Flagship Healthcare Properties’ medical office portfolio and regional leasing offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville and Tampa. Reed has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare real estate sector and has significant experience in leasing many notable medical office buildings (MOB’s) throughout the Carolinas. Additionally, he advises numerous medical practices on their real estate strategy and speaks regularly at healthcare real estate industry conferences. Reed is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and received a B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University. He resides in Charlotte with his wife and two daughters. Rex Noble is a Partner and Executive Vice President with Flagship Healthcare Properties and focuses his efforts on the Asset Management function. His primary responsibility is maximizing the performance and value of the real estate portfolio, while formulating and implementing the long range real estate asset management strategy. Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Rex was SVP Asset Management at Lillibridge Healthcare Services with responsibility over 150 medical properties with a combined square footage in excess of 8 million square feet. In 2005, Rex was instrumental in the IPO of Cogdell Spencer Inc. Subsequently in 2012, Rex was one of the transition leaders during the acquisition of Cogdell Spencer by Ventas/Lillibridge Healthcare Services. Fun Fact: I was part of a group that rang the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange.

Mr. Baccich joined the Flagship team in 2014 and serves as Executive Vice President of Development and Co-Department Head. Thorn has worked in commercial real estate development since 2006 and specifically within the healthcare sector since 2010. Thorn’s responsibilities include leadership of Flagship’s development and construction management department. In addition to co-heading Flagship’s development and construction management service line, Thorn is a member of Flagship’s management team where he works closely with other departmental leaders to inform Flagship’s growth strategy, best practices, provider relationships & outreach. Prior to joining FHP, Thorn spent four years as a member of the Real Estate Development and Acquisitions team at Atrium Health during a period of rapid growth. With Atrium Health, Mr. Baccich managed the acquisition and development of multiple new medical office, acute care and parking projects. Thorn is a Charlotte native and proud alum of South Mecklenburg High School and Princeton University. Thorn earned his degree in Architecture & Urban Planning while competing as a member of the varsity swim team. In addition to spending time with his wife and two sons, Thorn stays active volunteering for his alma mater and competing in various triathlon and masters swimming competitions. Fun Fact: I swam on the varsity swim team while at Princeton and stay active these days competing in masters swimming and Ironman triathlons. I compete in an annual swim across Tampa Bay each January to raise money and awareness for the Navy SEAL Foundation.

He is responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. He supervises a team of property accountants and lease administrators, who are responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and producing timely monthly and quarterly financial statement packages for all FHP-managed assets. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Tripp served as the Senior Credit Analyst at First Bank of the Tetons in Jackson, Wyoming. Tripp is a Charlotte native, who in addition to spending time with his family, loves the outdoors, music, and the Carolina Panthers. Fun Fact: While living in Jackson, WY, my lunch breaks during the winter months consisted of skiing as many runs as possible and a quick energy bar.

Tripp is a Charlotte native, who in addition to spending time with his family, loves the outdoors, music, and the Carolina Panthers. Fun Fact: While living in Jackson, WY, my lunch breaks during the winter months consisted of skiing as many runs as possible and a quick energy bar.

Mr. Griffith is a Partner with Flagship Healthcare Properties and serves as Executive Vice President of the Leasing and Brokerage department. He has served in this role since the inception of the firm in 2010. His primary responsibility is overseeing the leasing and brokerage operations of Flagship Healthcare Properties’ medical office portfolio and regional leasing offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville and Tampa. Reed has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare real estate sector and has significant experience in leasing many notable medical office buildings (MOB’s) throughout the Carolinas. Additionally, he advises numerous medical practices on their real estate strategy and speaks regularly at healthcare real estate industry conferences. Reed is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and received a B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University. He resides in Charlotte with his wife and two daughters. Reed enjoys playing tennis, golf, snow skiing, volunteering for various charities and youth organizations and seeing live music. Fun Fact: I play guitar and mandolin.

Alexis is the Executive Vice President of Investor Relations, overseeing both the Investor Relations and Marketing departments. In this role, she leads the company’s efforts to expand and manage its network of accredited investors in Flagship Healthcare Trust and engage with the investment community. Prior to joining Flagship, Alexis served as Vice President of Business Development for CapGrow Partners where she was responsible for driving the company’s real estate investment growth through strategic partnerships on a national scale, as well as helping to provide direction and planning for the company. During her time at CapGrow, Alexis held various leadership positions across sales, marketing, and business development, continually developing the brand, evaluating key opportunities and relationships, as well as overseeing a team of sales and marketing professionals. Fun Fact: I have a love of classic cars in general but a lifelong obsession with the 1964 ½ Mustang.

Mr. Gregg is Executive Vice President of Development and Co-Department Head. In this role, Dev will directly support the company’s portfolio of development projects, providing strategy and vision for the capture, planning, structuring, financing, and execution of all new healthcare developments for the firm. In addition to leading our Development service line, he will join and assist other members of the management team in formulating and implementing best practices for a long-range development team strategy and the continued growth of the firm. Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties in 2017, Dev was Senior Vice President of Development Services with Cogdell Spencer and Erdman. There he was responsible for 32 healthcare development projects totaling 2,000,000+ SF and $420 million in cost, including ambulatory facilities, in-patient hospitals, and associated parking structures. Fun Fact: I played college golf on the SMU golf team with Payne Stewart.

Mr. Baccich joined the Flagship team in 2014 and serves as Executive Vice President of Development and Co-Department Head. Thorn has worked in commercial real estate development since 2006 and specifically within the healthcare sector since 2010. Thorn’s responsibilities include leadership of Flagship’s development and construction management department. In addition to co-heading Flagship’s development and construction management service line, Thorn is a member of Flagship’s management team where he works closely with other departmental leaders to inform Flagship’s growth strategy, best practices, provider relationships & outreach. Prior to joining FHP, Thorn spent four years as a member of the Real Estate Development and Acquisitions team at Atrium Health during a period of rapid growth. With Atrium Health, Mr. Baccich managed the acquisition and development of multiple new medical office, acute care and parking projects. Thorn is a Charlotte native and proud alum of South Mecklenburg High School and Princeton University. Thorn earned his degree in Architecture & Urban Planning while competing as a member of the varsity swim team. In addition to spending time with his wife and two sons, Thorn stays active volunteering for his alma mater and competing in various triathlon and masters swimming competitions. Fun Fact: I swam on the varsity swim team while at Princeton and stay active these days competing in masters swimming and Ironman triathlons. I compete in an annual swim across Tampa Bay each January to raise money and awareness for the Navy SEAL Foundation.

Mr. Shull is a Partner with Flagship Healthcare Properties and has served as Executive Vice President of Property Management for the firm since its inception in 2010. Joe oversees the Property Management and Maintenance departments and leads a team of individuals in the day-to-day operations of both lines of business. Joe has dedicated the entirety of his career to property management, and since 2006 has been specialized in the management and operations of medical office buildings and ambulatory surgery centers. Prior to joining the firm, Joe was a Property Manager at Bissell, where he began his career in commercial real estate after graduating from Appalachian State University. Joe is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina where he attended Myers Park High School. In addition to spending time with his wife, two sons, and family, Joe enjoys golf, fishing, and sports. Fun Fact: I am left handed but play sports right handed.
