Alexis is the Executive Vice President of Investor Relations, overseeing both the Investor Relations and Marketing departments. In this role, she leads the company’s efforts to expand and manage its network of accredited investors in Flagship Healthcare Trust and engage with the investment community.

Prior to joining Flagship, Alexis served as Vice President of Business Development for CapGrow Partners where she was responsible for driving the company’s real estate investment growth through strategic partnerships on a national scale, as well as helping to provide direction and planning for the company. During her time at CapGrow, Alexis held various leadership positions across sales, marketing, and business development, continually developing the brand, evaluating key opportunities and relationships, as well as overseeing a team of sales and marketing professionals.

Fun Fact: I have a love of classic cars in general but a lifelong obsession with the 1964 ½ Mustang.

Fun Fact: I am from Syracuse, New York, and went to Penn State. I love staying active by going on walks with friends and attending Charlotte sporting events and concerts.

Fun Fact: I enjoy weekend road trips, going to sporting events to support my hometown team, the Dallas Cowboys, and catching a hockey game any time I can. I have plans to visit every hockey stadium across the country!

Amanda began her Commercial Property Management journey in retail in 2011, becoming a fully licensed NC Real Estate Broker in 2017.  She joined Flagship Healthcare Properties as a Property Manager in September of 2019, and currently serves as VP & Senior Property Manager managing a portfolio of the firm’s medical office properties in the Greensboro, Raleigh and Wilmington areas.

Embracing the old adage that “there are no problems, only opportunities,” she thrives on the day to day opportunities that the Medical Office Property Management industry present to learn and to grow in her experience.

While performing general property management functions, she works closely with Flagship’s in-house Facilities Maintenance division and a wide array of trusted contractors and vendors to ensure first-class operations and tenant satisfaction at all of her properties.

A long-time resident of the Central NC area, Amanda enjoys fitness, hiking, gardening (or trying to), and spending her time with her family and four-legged son, Oliver.

Fun Fact: After riding 2500 miles at the 9/11 Tribute Motorcycle Ride in 2012, I took a rider’s course and added the Motorcycle endorsement to my Driver’s License.

Andrew has held several positions since joining the firm in 2018 and currently serves as Vice President of Acquisitions. He is responsible for supporting the acquisition team in sourcing, screening, financing, legal documentation, and closing of all acquired assets on behalf of the firm. Additionally, Andrew leads the firm’s debt sourcing and management efforts.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Andrew spent over two years with Columbus Nova, a Charlotte based commercial real estate investment group. Andrew served as an Acquisitions Analyst for Columbus Nova, supporting deal origination and acquisition execution for investments in single-tenant net lease assets.

A native of Massachusetts, Andrew has lived in Charlotte, NC since 2015. In addition to spending time with his wife, son, and golden retriever, he enjoys golfing and fishing.

Fun Fact: I am an avid Gamecock football and baseball fan.

Angie is the Office Manager & Investor Liaison for Flagship Healthcare Properties. In addition to managing the office, her responsibilities include streamlining communication and admission of investors into the firm’s private real estate trust (REIT), Flagship Healthcare Trust.

Prior to joining FHP in 2016, Angie worked in education at Providence Day School in Charlotte, NC and Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Angie and her wonderful husband, Keith, have 3 children.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Mr. Bratcher directs Flagship’s ambulatory surgery center (ASC) strategy and portfolio. As Partner and Executive Vice President, he is responsible for the ASC platform’s growth and direction, which is centered on building strategic partnerships with surgery center operators and physicians to acquire and/or develop ASCs.

Bratcher previously worked as the Enterprise Vice President of Real Estate for Envision Healthcare, a conglomerate of healthcare companies, where he oversaw the development and management of the portfolio consisting of approximately 650 properties, including 280 ASCs, across 40 states. Prior to Envision Healthcare’s merger with AmSurg, one of the nation’s largest ASC operators, Bratcher worked as AmSurg’s Director of Real Estate and Real Estate Counsel.

Fun Fact: My Great-Great-Great-Uncle, “Long” John Reilly was a first baseman for the Cincinnati Reds from 1880 to 1891 and a commercial artist who painted posters for the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey circuses. He was inducted into the Reds Hall of Fame in June 2012.

Fun Fact: I am an avid New York Giants fan.

J. Brannen Edge became President and Managing Partner of Flagship Healthcare Properties in 2013, and was named Chief Executive Officer of Flagship Healthcare Trust and Flagship Healthcare Properties at the end of 2020. As CEO, Brannen is responsible for setting the strategy to execute on the company’s mission to provide extraordinary stewardship and outcomes for all we gratefully serve in healthcare real estate.

Prior to joining Flagship in 2006, Brannen was a Vice President in the commercial banking group at BB&T (now Truist). After BB&T, he earned his M.B.A. from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he graduated as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma with dual concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.

A native of Richmond, Virginia, Brannen has lived in North Carolina since 1999 and in Charlotte, NC since 2001. In addition to spending time with his wife, son and daughter, Brannen enjoys travel, reading, sports, exercise and golf.

Fun Fact: I ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain.

Fun Fact: I was on the Mike Douglas Show when I was 9 yrs old. I also went with the San Francisco 49er team to Super Bowl XXIV in New Orleans.

As Vice President – Accounting Manager for Flagship Healthcare Properties, Ms. Olsen is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for all assets of the REIT. She has over 34 years of experience in Real Estate and Property Management Accounting. Chris has worked for Faison Associates, Foundry Commercial, (formerly CNL Commercial Real Estate), she worked at Foundry Commercial as a Senior Project Accountant working with high profile clients.

Fun Fact: I have been to Disney World over 25 times in the last 15 years.

Coire Stiene, Vice President and Managing Director of Engineering at Flagship Healthcare Properties, is responsible for overseeing operations and maintenance of the company’s growing portfolio of properties throughout the Southeast. He also oversees all regulatory compliance needs for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), including Environment of Care (EC) and Life Safety (LS) requirements set forth by governing authorities such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission (JCR), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the State Survey Agency (SA), and other Accrediting Organizations (AOs) for ASCs.

As an established leader, Coire works closely with departmental colleagues to establish processes and procedures that result in providing quality service to Flagship’s clients and tenants. He has been with the company since 2016 and has over 10 years of experience in the building maintenance field.

Recently, Coire acquired the NFPA’s Certified Fire Inspector – Level 1 Certification. This certification is an essential credential for demonstrating proficiency in inspecting buildings to verify that all federal, state, and local fire and life safety regulations are being followed and helping to ensure that all fire protection systems are operationally ready.

Fun Fact: I am not good at it, but I do a lot of fishing in my spare time. (My enjoyment of the outdoors overrides my lack of skill.) I’m also an avid shooter, and frequently go skeet shooting with friends.

Dan joined Flagship Healthcare Properties in August 2023 and serves as Managing Director of Information Systems for the company. He is utilizing his Commercial Real Estate experience with data, finance, and accounting to improve systems, streamline reporting, aggregate data, and convert data into insights to measure and improve performance.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Dan previously worked for both public REITs and private equity firms in the Commercial Real Estate area, including Aviv REIT (AVIV/OHI), Birchwood Healthcare Partners, and Hana2.0.

Dan lives with his wife and four children in Chicago, IL.

Fun Fact: Before transitioning to my current career, I spent 11 years as an independent trader/market-maker in the Eurodollar Options pit at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Fun Fact: I built my own metal forge at home and use it to make knives and tools.

Mr. Gregg is Executive Vice President of Development and Co-Department Head. In this role, Dev will directly support the company’s portfolio of development projects, providing strategy and vision for the capture, planning, structuring, financing, and execution of all new healthcare developments for the firm. In addition to leading our Development service line, he will join and assist other members of the management team in formulating and implementing best practices for a long-range development team strategy and the continued growth of the firm.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties in 2017, Dev was Senior Vice President of Development Services with Cogdell Spencer and Erdman. There he was responsible for 32 healthcare development projects totaling 2,000,000+ SF and $420 million in cost, including ambulatory facilities, in-patient hospitals, and associated parking structures.

Fun Fact: I played college golf on the SMU golf team with Payne Stewart.

Fun Fact: I enjoy traveling especially to the beach to see the sunrise, spending time with family, and healthy living. I love spending time with my grand-dog and watching sports on TV. I also enjoy volunteering and giving back to community.

A long-standing investor with the firm and its principals, Downie Saussy joined Flagship’s predecessor firm, Flagship Capital Partners, in September 2008. In his current role, he is responsible for developing investor relationships for the firm. Most recently, Downie was instrumental in helping launch the firm’s private real estate investment trust (REIT), Flagship Healthcare Trust.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Saussy had a successful career in the homebuilding industry that began in 1978 as custom builder. In 1991 he helped form Saussy Burbank, one of the region’s most recognized merchant builders. Soon after its inception, the Charlotte-based homebuilder expanded with offices in Raleigh, NC and Charleston, SC. In 1999 Saussy Burbank was sold to Arvida/St. Joe and since then Downie has assisted in structuring commercial real estate investments throughout the Carolinas.

Fun Fact: I hiked the Appalachian Trail from Pennsylvania to Harpers Ferry, Virginia with a young friend who was finishing the entire 2,200 mile journey.

In her role as Vice President Leasing and Brokerage, Elaine Boyle leverages her extensive background in financial services, expense management and global contract negotiations to guide her healthcare clients through every stage of their business’s evolution. She takes a personalized, results-oriented approach by first understanding a client’s business needs and goals, becoming their trusted confidante in Triangle’s competitive market.

A Raleigh-Durham resident since 1998, Elaine understands the North Carolina commercial real estate market and empowers her clients to make the best decisions for their unique needs. She is a trusted confidante and consultant who stands ready to guide busy healthcare providers across the finish line.

Mr. Benge joined Flagship in 2020 and leads the firm’s project management department. He brings extensive healthcare project management and construction expertise to the firm, having completed many projects in both the acute care setting and outpatient capacity.

Prior to joining the firm, Garrett spent 6 years with Novant Health’s construction team. During his time at Novant, Garrett oversaw numerous multi-million dollar projects and managed all of the outpatient construction for Novant Health’s Charlotte region.

Garrett holds a degree in Healthcare Administration and has deep roots in the construction industry. Prior to joining Novant, he was involved in a family-owned construction business with a more than 30 year history that has positively impacted numerous Charlotte and Winston-Salem-area cities.

Born and raised in Davie County, Garrett has recently moved back to his hometown after living in Charlotte, NC for over 7 years.  He enjoys spending time with his wife, and being a father to his boys’.  In his spare time he also enjoys big game hunting, riding his Harley-Davidson, and traveling the U.S.

Fun Fact: I have harvested a Bull Elk with my bow and arrow out of the great state of Montana.

Mr. Quattlebaum is the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions for Flagship Healthcare Properties. In this role, Gerald oversees all aspects of the firm’s acquisition group including sourcing, screening, managing the analytical and due diligence functions, legal documentation, and closing of all acquired assets on behalf of the firm.

Gerald brings more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience primarily in the areas of investments, project development, leasing, and client relations. He has spent the past 25 years focused solely on healthcare real estate.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Gerald was Vice President of Development & Leasing with Lendlease Healthcare Development (formerly DASCO Companies) where he was responsible for the development and leasing of over 2 million square feet of outpatient facilities on a national platform.

Fun Fact: I grew up in a large family of seven children where we all worked summers through high school and college at our family’s funeral home. Great experience dealing with people on a human level.

Jesse Roy joined Flagship Healthcare Properties as Director of Capital Markets and Investor Relations where he is responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies in the RIA and wealth management space. Prior to joining Flagship, Jesse worked in acquisitions with Woodside Health, covering their Southeast region, and prior to that served as an advisor with a capital raising firm representing various private equity & venture capital offerings, including Flagship Healthcare Trust.

Fun Fact: I’m a former hand model.

Jim Allen serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing and Brokerage for Florida with Flagship Healthcare Properties. As managing Broker of Florida, Jim is involved in brokerage operations of Flagship Healthcare Properties’ medical office portfolio and client requirements for healthcare related Tenant Representation, Agency, Site Selection, Build to Suits and Investment Sales.

Jim’s clients regard him as a relentless problem solver for functional and cost-effective healthcare real estate solutions. Whether it is redevelopment / conversion of retail, build to suits, creating leverage or competition for a property or using analytics to help user groups capture market share Jim fully explores and presents market options which allows his client to make informed decisions, decisions that are in the client’s best interest.

Jim has been responsible for over 2.8 million SF of medical office leases, sales and site selection / build to suits through-out Florida for multiple specialties including: Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Diagnostics, Primary Care, Oncology, Multi-specialty, Hospice, ASCs, Labs, back-office administration. His expertise in market conditions, site selection, demand analytics/ demographic growth, market knowledge, construction, patient facility access and drive time has successfully augmented and influenced site programing and site locations for multiple groups and investors for investment sales, new leases, lease renewals and new medical office developments.

Fun Fact: I really enjoy making homemade wine, friends tell us that our last case of Super Tuscan was very good, we even had an excellent. Next up is a Merlot or maybe a Pinot – then some food pairings…

Mr. Shull is a Partner with Flagship Healthcare Properties and has served as Executive Vice President of Property Management for the firm since its inception in 2010. Joe oversees the Property Management and Maintenance departments and leads a team of individuals in the day-to-day operations of both lines of business. Joe has dedicated the entirety of his career to property management, and since 2006 has been specialized in the management and operations of medical office buildings and ambulatory surgery centers.

Prior to joining the firm, Joe was a Property Manager at Bissell, where he began his career in commercial real estate after graduating from Appalachian State University.

Joe is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina where he attended Myers Park High School. In addition to spending time with his wife, two sons, and family, Joe enjoys golf, fishing, and sports.

Ms. Smith came to Flagship Healthcare Properties, LLC in May of 2017 to serve as Lease Administrator. She has since assumed the role of Vice President, Lease Administration and leads the department. Her primary responsibilities include insurance claims reporting, acting as official liaison between FHP’s legal counsel and asset management, leasing and brokerage staff handling lease preparation for tenants, lease abstraction, occupancy reporting and ensuring the financial correctness of lease data.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Kim was Asset Manager for Lillibridge Healthcare Services with responsibility of 29 medical properties with a combined square footage in excess of 1.4 million square feet, and head of lease administration for Cogdell Spencer Advisors.

Fun Fact: I attended Walker Stalker Con and met several cast members of The Walking Dead, including Michael Cudlitz (Abraham), Josh McDermitt (Eugene) and Alanna Masterson (Tara)!

Fun Fact: I crocheted over 100 baby hats for the White Plains Hospital neonatal unit for premature babies in less than a month.

Mr. Kneeland joined Flagship Healthcare Properties in December of 2017. As Vice President, Managing Director – Property Management, Kyle leads the property management teams in Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana while also managing a portfolio of class A medical office properties in this same region. His responsibilities include oversight, and implementation of the department’s policies and procedures and streamlining processes and interaction with out departments. Kyle is also responsible for onboarding assets from acquisitions, development and new third party properties in our day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Kyle served as the Director of Property Services for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in the Fredericksburg and Northern Virginia market. Kyle’s previous portfolio included a mix of retail, office, mixed-use, warehouse and medical office properties. Kyle has managed properties for a variety of ownership entities including private owners, institutions, investment groups, banks and special servicers.

Fun Fact: When I was a child my parents and teachers told me that I could be anything I wanted to be when I grew up. I told them I wanted to be an octopus.

Kyle Sweeney is Partner and Chief Investment Officer for Flagship Healthcare Properties. Kyle manages the investment process for Flagship Healthcare Trust, the company’s real estate investment trust (REIT), and holds a senior leadership role in Flagship’s broader capital allocation strategy, underwriting and new business development efforts. As CIO, he collaborates with executives overseeing asset management, leasing, accounting and investor relations to position the REIT’s investment activity, maximize long-term value creation and support growth and coverage of its dividend.

Prior to joining Flagship, Kyle was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Wentworth Management Services, focused on their healthcare real estate portfolio. Previously, he held various investment positions in 11 years at both Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI) and Aviv REIT, Inc. (formerly traded on the NYSE prior to its 2015 merger with Omega). Kyle oversaw the underwriting and investment management process at Aviv which went public in 2013. Prior to joining Aviv, he served with LaSalle Bank and its successor entity, Bank of America, in underwriting roles that provided lending services to the healthcare sector.

A native of Milwaukee, Kyle has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University. In addition to traveling with his wife, he enjoys Jeopardy, standup comedy and Wisconsin sports.

Fun Fact: I consider Groundhog Day the best movie of all time.

Lauren Rubino began her Commercial Property Management journey in 2005, and managed retail shopping centers for 17 years.  She joined Flagship Healthcare Properties as a Senior Property Manager in April of 2022, and currently serves as VP & Senior Property Manager managing a portfolio of the firm’s medical office properties in the Charlotte Metro area.  Additionally, Lauren is privileged to lead an amazing team of two Property Managers and an Assistant Property Manager.

What Lauren loves about her career is that it offers endless challenges and learning opportunities. The balance of onsite and behind the desk functions, and the ability to work with so many terrific people to get it all done make it truly rewarding.

Originally from Vernon, Connecticut she has been living in the Carolinas for two decades.  Married to husband Jesse, they have three beautiful boys and one fur baby (also a boy).  Although children and sports currently occupy most of her “spare” time, Lauren enjoys working in the yard, organizing, and tackling small home projects with her husband.

Fun Fact: I moved to Charlotte by myself in 2004 with only a 2-door carload of belongings. Didn’t know a soul!

Fun Fact: I recently celebrated my wedding anniversary by skydiving in Las Vegas with my husband.

Fun Fact: I started piano lessons at the age of 5 and am a classical pianist.

Liz Cook joined Flagship in 2022 with over 27 years’ experience in the health care industry. Twenty of those years were spent as a clinical nurse before changing her focus to healthcare commercial real estate in 2018. This unique blend of industry expertise allows Mrs. Cook to efficiently understand physician demand, leasing and development while ensuring synergistic relationships among providers.

Since working in healthcare development, Liz has specialized in the ground up construction and leasing of class A medical office buildings and has a plethora of healthcare relationships throughout the country.

Prior to joining Flagship, she was the physician liaison and medical leasing director for a Florida retail developer with whom she aided in creating the firm’s healthcare division. During her tenure, Mrs. Cook led the medical leasing efforts while building and fostering physician relationships.

Liz ‘s clinical nursing experience includes time with John Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland as well as Medstar Trauma Center in Washington D.C.

Fun Fact: What initially started out as something fun to do with my teenage boys during COVID, has turned into a family event where we run together in 5k fundraisers to support our local community projects.

Luke joined Flagship as Director of Strategic Relationships. Luke is responsible for new business opportunities.

Before joining Flagship, Luke served as an Acquisitions Associate at Montecito Medical Real Estate (MMRE), where he sourced and completed $180m in medical office transactions. Prior to joining MMRE, Luke owned and operated several section 8 single family homes in upstate NY. Beyond real estate, Luke’s background also includes Bond Underwriting at CNA Surety, one of the largest commercial insurance companies, and experience as a Financial Analyst at Centene Corporation, a managed healthcare company ranking No. 25 on the Fortune 500 list.

Fun Fact: I am an avid Manchester United supporter.

Fun Fact: I’ve backpacked Europe for 14 days staying in hostels and sleeping on couches of friends.

Mary Ellen George joined Flagship in April 2022. She leads Flagship’s construction management service line supporting our development and property management departments. Ms. George will lead construction efforts for assets we develop as well as upfit or capital improvement projects within existing buildings across our portfolio. Ms. George previously worked within the Planning Design & Construction division at Atrium Health since 2010, where she was employed as a Project Manager for 5 years before serving as Director of Planning Design & Construction responsible for outpatient and ambulatory facilities. She brings significant experience in the areas of strategic growth planning and construction management.

Fun Fact: I’ve visited the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. I would not want to be a window washer there!

Fun Fact: I once worked part time at Barnes and Noble to support my reading habit. I have over 600 books in the house and can’t part with any of them.

I own and operate a small laser cutting business which specializes in custom cut and engraved made good and services.

Fun Fact: I enjoy boating (pontoon and kayaking), bicycling, and traveling.

Fun Fact: I have won 2 state titles in vocal performance and attended The Governors School for the Arts as a high school student.

Fun Fact: When I was sixteen I was one of two chosen to represent the state of NC at a World of the Arts summit in Pleasantville, NY. (I played piano, others were artists, singers, etc.) In attendance, devoting their time, were some famous (at that time) artisans such as Ravi Shankar, Marion Anderson and Leonard Bernstein.

Fun Fact: I’m a PADI Advanced Scuba Diver.

Polly joined Flagship as a Property Manager in October 2020 and quickly established herself as a Senior Property Manager handling all our assignments in Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana. Previously, Polly served as the Director of Property Management for Investor Management Service where she directly managed a mixed portfolio of 500,000+ sf including medical, retail and office. Polly has served her local IREM Chapter as the Chapter President and also holds her CPM designation. She’s an avid fan of DIY projects, hiking in the Smoky Mountains and SEC football.

Fun Fact: My college town is Little Sweden USA, a real-life Hallmark town.

Mr. Griffith is a Partner with Flagship Healthcare Properties and serves as Executive Vice President of the Leasing and Brokerage department. He has served in this role since the inception of the firm in 2010. His primary responsibility is overseeing the leasing and brokerage operations of Flagship Healthcare Properties’ medical office portfolio and regional leasing offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville and Tampa.

Reed has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare real estate sector and has significant experience in leasing many notable medical office buildings (MOB’s) throughout the Carolinas. Additionally, he advises numerous medical practices on their real estate strategy and speaks regularly at healthcare real estate industry conferences.

Reed is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and received a B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University. He resides in Charlotte with his wife and two daughters. Reed enjoys playing tennis, golf, snow skiing, volunteering for various charities and youth organizations and seeing live music.

Rex Noble is a Partner and Executive Vice President with Flagship Healthcare Properties and focuses his efforts on the Asset Management function. His primary responsibility is maximizing the performance and value of the real estate portfolio, while formulating and implementing the long range real estate asset management strategy.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Rex was SVP Asset Management at Lillibridge Healthcare Services with responsibility over 150 medical properties with a combined square footage in excess of 8 million square feet. In 2005, Rex was instrumental in the IPO of Cogdell Spencer Inc. Subsequently in 2012, Rex was one of the transition leaders during the acquisition of Cogdell Spencer by Ventas/Lillibridge Healthcare Services.

Fun Fact: I was part of a group that rang the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange.

Rob serves to advance efforts by identifying and sourcing new business opportunities for the company, including acquisitions, developments, property management and leasing engagements.

Before joining Flagship, Rob served as the Vice President of Investments & Development at Harrod Healthcare Real Estate (HHRE), where he was responsible for sourcing new acquisition and development opportunities. Prior to joining HHRE, Rob held executive level national account management positions at Air Methods, an emergency helicopter transport service company, and Henry Schein, Inc., a medical and dental supply company. Rob’s background also includes contract management experience at HealthTrust Purchasing Group (HPG), a group purchasing organization with over 1,600 hospital members, and sales roles with Kinetic Concepts, Inc., a wound care technology company, and Schering Plough (now Merck), a pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Rob holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Ronnie is the Sr. Vice President of Accounting for Flagship Healthcare Properties. She helps oversee the company’s accounting at the property and REIT levels in coordination with the internal team and external auditors.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Ronnie was with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) serving in both a sales and operations management role in the Lease Administration team. In addition, Ronnie worked for Faison & Associates and its successor companies for 25+ years as an accountant, property manager and Property Controller.

Ronnie has lived in the Charlotte area for over 30 years where she and her husband enjoy spending time on Lake Norman, watching Panthers and Steelers football and visiting their son who is a recent graduate from High Point University.

Fun Fact: I love to fly fishing and fish regularly with a group of anglers called Women on The Fly – Carolinas.

As Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Mr. Dawson is responsible for management of the firm’s owned or sponsored assets. His specific responsibilities include oversight of the assets’ leasing and marketing strategy, investor and lender liaison, capital planning and budgeting, and overall asset performance. Ryan’s experience includes leasing, disposition of properties (single & portfolio), debt financing as well as complex resolution to various situations involving landlords, tenants and lenders. He is a licensed real estate broker by the NC Real Estate Commission.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties in 2014, Ryan worked as the corporate property manager for Driven Brands, a consolidated franchise holding company with more than 1,500 automotive service centers nationwide. There, his portfolio consisted of Class A office, industrial, and more than 180 free-standing retail sites.

A native of Columbia, Maryland, Ryan has lived in Charlotte, NC since 2001. In addition to spending time with his wife and seven children, who keep him busy with their various sporting and musical interests, Ryan enjoys traveling, exercise and being involved in his local church.

Ryan worked her way up through the company from an Executive Assistant on the Corporate Services side of the business to VP, Director of Marketing for the company in 2018.

Ryan moved around a lot as a kid but has been happy to call Charlotte home since 1996.

Ms. Addison joined Flagship Healthcare Properties in May 2021 and is now Managing Director, Vice President – Property Management. With over 15 years of commercial real estate and property management experience, Samantha leads the property management team in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana and Arkansas. In addition to oversight of the property management team, Samantha is responsible for on-boarding new assets through acquisition as well as fostering relationships with new and existing clients while evaluating and adjusting the portfolio to maximize NOI and ensure overall success of the region.

Prior to joining Flagship, Samantha spent 6 years at Colliers International overseeing approximately 1 million square feet of office, flex, and medical office space in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Samantha’s experience also includes retail and industrial assets and has worked with various ownership entities including both private and institutional owners.

Additionally, she supervises the firm’s property accountants and supports the property and asset managers. She has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Property Management Accounting. Suzanne has worked for Faison Associates, Lillibridge Healthcare Services (formerly Cogdell Spencer), D.R. Horton Homebuilders and most recently, she worked at Lincoln Harris as an Accounting Manager for a major healthcare client.

Fun Fact: Instead of an engagement ring, my fiancé (now husband) bought us NCAA Final Four tickets. Coincidentally, the University of Kentucky Wildcats, my favorite team, ended up playing in the Final Four that year (1993).

Mr. Baccich joined the Flagship team in 2014 and serves as Executive Vice President of Development and Co-Department Head. Thorn has worked in commercial real estate development since 2006 and specifically within the healthcare sector since 2010. Thorn’s responsibilities include leadership of Flagship’s development and construction management department. In addition to co-heading Flagship’s development and construction management service line, Thorn is a member of Flagship’s management team where he works closely with other departmental leaders to inform Flagship’s growth strategy, best practices, provider relationships & outreach.

Prior to joining FHP, Thorn spent four years as a member of the Real Estate Development and Acquisitions team at Atrium Health during a period of rapid growth. With Atrium Health, Mr. Baccich managed the acquisition and development of multiple new medical office, acute care and parking projects. Thorn is a Charlotte native and proud alum of South Mecklenburg High School and Princeton University. Thorn earned his degree in Architecture & Urban Planning while competing as a member of the varsity swim team. In addition to spending time with his wife and two sons, Thorn stays active volunteering for his alma mater and competing in various triathlon and masters swimming competitions.

Fun Fact: I swam on the varsity swim team while at Princeton and stay active these days competing in masters swimming and Ironman triathlons. I compete in an annual swim across Tampa Bay each January to raise money and awareness for the Navy SEAL Foundation.

Ms. Slayden joined the firm in 2009 and serves as Flagship Healthcare Properties’ Senior Vice President of Leasing & Brokerage. In this capacity, she handles the leasing of the Firm’s managed portfolio and third-party properties. Tiffany’s other responsibilities include tenant representation services, property acquisitions/ dispositions and investment sales. She has specialized in healthcare real estate since 1999. 

Tiffany has been active in Charlotte’s commercial real estate market for 30+ years. Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, she was Vice President of Investment Sales for Trinity Partners. Prior to that, Tiffany directed First Colony Corporation’s office leasing operations. She began her commercial real estate career working for Trammell Crow Company’s Charlotte office. 

A native of Rochester, New York, Tiffany has lived in Charlotte since 1991. She enjoys reading, exercising, country music and spending time with her husband, daughters, son and miniature dachshund.

Mr. Tate is the Chief Accounting Officer for Flagship Healthcare Properties. He is responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. He supervises a team of property accountants and lease administrators, who are responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and producing timely monthly and quarterly financial statement packages for all FHP-managed assets.

Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Tripp served as the Senior Credit Analyst at First Bank of the Tetons in Jackson, Wyoming.

Tripp is a Charlotte native, who in addition to spending time with his family, loves the outdoors, music, and the Carolina Panthers.

Fun Fact: While living in Jackson, WY, my lunch breaks during the winter months consisted of skiing as many runs as possible and a quick energy bar.

My Fun Facts : I am woman of many talents some may say.  I am a mental wellness advocate & coach, I am a license Natural Hair Care Specialist &  I have photography & event decor business. I most of all enjoy cooking for my husband with my sons.

Will serves as Senior Vice President on the Leasing & Brokerage team for Flagship Healthcare Properties. His efforts are focused on sales and leasing for the firm’s landlord and tenant representation business in the medical and professional office sectors. He assists clients with lease negotiations, site selections, and acquisition/disposition services. Will also represents multiple retail franchise brands during which he assisted in the leasing of approximately 1 million SF of space across the nation last year.

Prior to this role in the Leasing & Brokerage department, Will served as a Property Manager for Flagship Healthcare Properties corporate portfolio, working directly with tenants, building owners, and vendors on a daily basis. He is a Charlotte native and holds a North Carolina Real Estate license. Will was Captain of the varsity soccer team at Hampden Sydney College and received many accolades during his 4 years of playing.

She has over 34 years of experience in Real Estate and Property Management Accounting. Chris has worked for Faison Associates, Foundry Commercial, (formerly CNL Commercial Real Estate), she worked at Foundry Commercial as a Senior Project Accountant working with high profile clients.

Dan joined Flagship Healthcare Properties in August 2023 and serves as Managing Director of Information Systems for the company. He is utilizing his Commercial Real Estate experience with data, finance, and accounting to improve systems, streamline reporting, aggregate data, and convert data into insights to measure and improve performance.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Dan previously worked for both public REITs and private equity firms in the Commercial Real Estate area, including Aviv REIT (AVIV/OHI), Birchwood Healthcare Partners, and Hana2.0.

Andrew has held several positions since joining the firm in 2018 and currently serves as Vice President of Acquisitions. He is responsible for supporting the acquisition team in sourcing, screening, financing, legal documentation, and closing of all acquired assets on behalf of the firm. Additionally, Andrew leads the firm’s debt sourcing and management efforts.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Andrew spent over two years with Columbus Nova, a Charlotte based commercial real estate investment group. Andrew served as an Acquisitions Analyst for Columbus Nova, supporting deal origination and acquisition execution for investments in single-tenant net lease assets.

A native of Massachusetts, Andrew has lived in Charlotte, NC since 2015. In addition to spending time with his wife, son, and golden retriever, he enjoys golfing and fishing.

Mr. Quattlebaum is the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions for Flagship Healthcare Properties. In this role, Gerald oversees all aspects of the firm’s acquisition group including sourcing, screening, managing the analytical and due diligence functions, legal documentation, and closing of all acquired assets on behalf of the firm.

Gerald brings more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience primarily in the areas of investments, project development, leasing, and client relations. He has spent the past 25 years focused solely on healthcare real estate.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Gerald was Vice President of Development & Leasing with Lendlease Healthcare Development (formerly DASCO Companies) where he was responsible for the development and leasing of over 2 million square feet of outpatient facilities on a national platform.

Fun Fact: I grew up in a large family of seven children where we all worked summers through high school and college at our family’s funeral home. Great experience dealing with people on a human level.

Luke joined Flagship as Director of Strategic Relationships. Luke is responsible for new business opportunities.

Before joining Flagship, Luke served as an Acquisitions Associate at Montecito Medical Real Estate (MMRE), where he sourced and completed $180m in medical office transactions. Prior to joining MMRE, Luke owned and operated several section 8 single family homes in upstate NY. Beyond real estate, Luke’s background also includes Bond Underwriting at CNA Surety, one of the largest commercial insurance companies, and experience as a Financial Analyst at Centene Corporation, a managed healthcare company ranking No. 25 on the Fortune 500 list.

Angie is the Office Manager & Investor Liaison for Flagship Healthcare Properties. In addition to managing the office, her responsibilities include streamlining communication and admission of investors into the firm’s private real estate trust (REIT), Flagship Healthcare Trust.

Prior to joining FHP in 2016, Angie worked in education at Providence Day School in Charlotte, NC and Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Angie and her wonderful husband, Keith, have 3 children.

Ms. Smith came to Flagship Healthcare Properties, LLC in May of 2017 to serve as Lease Administrator. She has since assumed the role of Vice President, Lease Administration and leads the department. Her primary responsibilities include insurance claims reporting, acting as official liaison between FHP’s legal counsel and asset management, leasing and brokerage staff handling lease preparation for tenants, lease abstraction, occupancy reporting and ensuring the financial correctness of lease data.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Kim was Asset Manager for Lillibridge Healthcare Services with responsibility of 29 medical properties with a combined square footage in excess of 1.4 million square feet, and head of lease administration for Cogdell Spencer Advisors.

Mr. Gregg is Executive Vice President of Development and Co-Department Head. In this role, Dev will directly support the company’s portfolio of development projects, providing strategy and vision for the capture, planning, structuring, financing, and execution of all new healthcare developments for the firm. In addition to leading our Development service line, he will join and assist other members of the management team in formulating and implementing best practices for a long-range development team strategy and the continued growth of the firm.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties in 2017, Dev was Senior Vice President of Development Services with Cogdell Spencer and Erdman. Thorn has worked in commercial real estate development since 2006 and specifically within the healthcare sector since 2010. In addition to co-heading Flagship’s development and construction management service line, Thorn is a member of Flagship’s management team where he works closely with other departmental leaders to inform Flagship’s growth strategy, best practices, provider relationships & outreach.

Prior to joining FHP, Thorn spent four years as a member of the Real Estate Development and Acquisitions team at Atrium Health during a period of rapid growth. Coire Stiene, Vice President and Managing Director of Engineering at Flagship Healthcare Properties, is responsible for overseeing operations and maintenance of the company’s growing portfolio of properties throughout the Southeast. He also oversees all regulatory compliance needs for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), including Environment of Care (EC) and Life Safety (LS) requirements set forth by governing authorities such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission (JCR), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the State Survey Agency (SA), and other Accrediting Organizations (AOs) for ASCs.

As an established leader, Coire works closely with departmental colleagues to establish processes and procedures that result in providing quality service to Flagship’s clients and tenants. He has been with the company since 2016 and has over 10 years of experience in the building maintenance field.

Recently, Coire acquired the NFPA’s Certified Fire Inspector – Level 1 Certification. This certification is an essential credential for demonstrating proficiency in inspecting buildings to verify that all federal, state, and local fire and life safety regulations are being followed and helping to ensure that all fire protection systems are operationally ready.

Fun Fact: I am not good at it, but I do a lot of fishing in my spare time. (My enjoyment of the outdoors overrides my lack of skill.) I’m also an avid shooter, and frequently go skeet shooting with friends.

Prior to joining Flagship, Alexis served as Vice President of Business Development for CapGrow Partners where she was responsible for driving the company’s real estate investment growth through strategic partnerships on a national scale, as well as helping to provide direction and planning for the company. During her time at CapGrow, Alexis held various leadership positions across sales, marketing, and business development, continually developing the brand, evaluating key opportunities and relationships, as well as overseeing a team of sales and marketing professionals.

A long-standing investor with the firm and its principals, Downie Saussy joined Flagship’s predecessor firm, Flagship Capital Partners, in September 2008. In his current role, he is responsible for developing investor relationships for the firm. Most recently, Downie was instrumental in helping launch the firm’s private real estate investment trust (REIT), Flagship Healthcare Trust.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Saussy had a successful career in the homebuilding industry that began in 1978 as custom builder. In 1991 he helped form Saussy Burbank, one of the region’s most recognized merchant builders. Soon after its inception, the Charlotte-based homebuilder expanded with offices in Raleigh, NC and Charleston, SC. In 1999 Saussy Burbank was sold to Arvida/St. Joe and since then Downie has assisted in structuring commercial real estate investments throughout the Carolinas.

Fun Fact: I hiked the Appalachian Trail from Pennsylvania to Harpers Ferry, Virginia with a young friend who was finishing the entire 2,200 mile journey.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Mr. Bratcher directs Flagship’s ambulatory surgery center (ASC) strategy and portfolio. As Partner and Executive Vice President, he is responsible for the ASC platform’s growth and direction, which is centered on building strategic partnerships with surgery center operators and physicians to acquire and/or develop ASCs.

Bratcher previously worked as the Enterprise Vice President of Real Estate for Envision Healthcare, a conglomerate of healthcare companies, where he oversaw the development and management of the portfolio consisting of approximately 650 properties, including 280 ASCs, across 40 states. Prior to Envision Healthcare’s merger with AmSurg, one of the nation’s largest ASC operators, Bratcher worked as AmSurg’s Director of Real Estate and Real Estate Counsel.

Fun Fact: My Great-Great-Great-Uncle, “Long” John Reilly was a first baseman for the Cincinnati Reds from 1880 to 1891 and a commercial artist who painted posters for the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey circuses. He was inducted into the Reds Hall of Fame in June 2012.

J. Brannen Edge became President and Managing Partner of Flagship Healthcare Properties in 2013, and was named Chief Executive Officer of Flagship Healthcare Trust and Flagship Healthcare Properties at the end of 2020. As CEO, Brannen is responsible for setting the strategy to execute on the company’s mission to provide extraordinary stewardship and outcomes for all we gratefully serve in healthcare real estate.

Mr. Gregg is Executive Vice President of Development and Co-Department Head. Mr. Quattlebaum is the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions for Flagship Healthcare Properties. In this role, Gerald oversees all aspects of the firm’s acquisition group including sourcing, screening, managing the analytical and due diligence functions, legal documentation, and closing of all acquired assets on behalf of the firm.

Gerald brings more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience primarily in the areas of investments, project development, leasing, and client relations. He has spent the past 25 years focused solely on healthcare real estate.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Gerald was Vice President of Development & Leasing with Lendlease Healthcare Development (formerly DASCO Companies) where he was responsible for the development and leasing of over 2 million square feet of outpatient facilities on a national platform.

Kyle manages the investment process for Flagship Healthcare Trust, the company’s real estate investment trust (REIT), and holds a senior leadership role in Flagship’s broader capital allocation strategy, underwriting and new business development efforts. As CIO, he collaborates with executives overseeing asset management, leasing, accounting and investor relations to position the REIT’s investment activity, maximize long-term value creation and support growth and coverage of its dividend.

Prior to joining Flagship, Kyle was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Wentworth Management Services, focused on their healthcare real estate portfolio. Previously, he held various investment positions in 11 years at both Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI) and Aviv REIT, Inc. (formerly traded on the NYSE prior to its 2015 merger with Omega). Kyle oversaw the underwriting and investment management process at Aviv which went public in 2013. Prior to joining Aviv, he served with LaSalle Bank and its successor entity, Bank of America, in underwriting roles that provided lending services to the healthcare sector.

A native of Milwaukee, Kyle has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University. In addition to traveling with his wife, he enjoys Jeopardy, standup comedy and Wisconsin sports.

Rex Noble is a Partner and Executive Vice President with Flagship Healthcare Properties and focuses his efforts on the Asset Management function. Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Rex was SVP Asset Management at Lillibridge Healthcare Services with responsibility over 150 medical properties with a combined square footage in excess of 8 million square feet. In 2005, Rex was instrumental in the IPO of Cogdell Spencer Inc. Subsequently in 2012, Rex was one of the transition leaders during the acquisition of Cogdell Spencer by Ventas/Lillibridge Healthcare Services.

He is responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. He supervises a team of property accountants and lease administrators, who are responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and producing timely monthly and quarterly financial statement packages for all FHP-managed assets.

Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Tripp served as the Senior Credit Analyst at First Bank of the Tetons in Jackson, Wyoming.

Tripp is a Charlotte native, who in addition to spending time with his family, loves the outdoors, music, and the Carolina Panthers.

Liz Cook joined Flagship in 2022 with over 27 years’ experience in the health care industry. Twenty of those years were spent as a clinical nurse before changing her focus to healthcare commercial real estate in 2018. This unique blend of industry expertise allows Mrs. Cook to efficiently understand physician demand, leasing and development while ensuring synergistic relationships among providers.

Since working in healthcare development, Liz has specialized in the ground up construction and leasing of class A medical office buildings and has a plethora of healthcare relationships throughout the country.

Prior to joining Flagship, she was the physician liaison and medical leasing director for a Florida retail developer with whom she aided in creating the firm’s healthcare division. During her tenure, Mrs. Cook led the medical leasing efforts while building and fostering physician relationships.

Liz ‘s clinical nursing experience includes time with John Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland as well as Medstar Trauma Center in Washington D.C.

Tiffany has been active in Charlotte’s commercial real estate market for 30+ years. Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, she was Vice President of Investment Sales for Trinity Partners. Prior to that, Tiffany directed First Colony Corporation’s office leasing operations. She began her commercial real estate career working for Trammell Crow Company’s Charlotte office. 

A native of Rochester, New York, Tiffany has lived in Charlotte since 1991. She enjoys reading, exercising, country music and spending time with her husband, daughters, son and miniature dachshund. 

Fun Fact: I leased Starbucks Coffee its first store location in Charlotte.

Will serves as Senior Vice President on the Leasing & Brokerage team for Flagship Healthcare Properties. His efforts are focused on sales and leasing for the firm’s landlord and tenant representation business in the medical and professional office sectors. He assists clients with lease negotiations, site selections, and acquisition/disposition services. Will also represents multiple retail franchise brands during which he assisted in the leasing of approximately 1 million SF of space across the nation last year.

Prior to this role in the Leasing & Brokerage department, Will served as a Property Manager for Flagship Healthcare Properties corporate portfolio, working directly with tenants, building owners, and vendors on a daily basis. He is a Charlotte native and holds a North Carolina Real Estate license. Will was Captain of the varsity soccer team at Hampden Sydney College and received many accolades during his 4 years of playing.

Mr. Benge joined Flagship in 2020 and leads the firm’s project management department. He brings extensive healthcare project management and construction expertise to the firm, having completed many projects in both the acute care setting and outpatient capacity.

Prior to joining the firm, Garrett spent 6 years with Novant Health’s construction team. During his time at Novant, Garrett oversaw numerous multi-million dollar projects and managed all of the outpatient construction for Novant Health’s Charlotte region.

Garrett holds a degree in Healthcare Administration and has deep roots in the construction industry. Prior to joining Novant, he was involved in a family-owned construction business with a more than 30 year history that has positively impacted numerous Charlotte and Winston-Salem-area cities.

Born and raised in Davie County, Garrett has recently moved back to his hometown after living in Charlotte, NC for over 7 years.  He enjoys spending time with his wife, and being a father to his boys’.  In his spare time he also enjoys big game hunting, riding his Harley-Davidson, and traveling the U.S.

Mary Ellen George joined Flagship in April 2022. She leads Flagship’s construction management service line supporting our development and property management departments. Ms. George will lead construction efforts for assets we develop as well as upfit or capital improvement projects within existing buildings across our portfolio. Ms. George previously worked within the Planning Design & Construction division at Atrium Health since 2010, where she was employed as a Project Manager for 5 years before serving as Director of Planning Design & Construction responsible for outpatient and ambulatory facilities. She brings significant experience in the areas of strategic growth planning and construction management.

Fun Fact: I’ve visited the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. I would not want to be a window washer there!

Mr. Baccich joined the Flagship team in 2014 and serves as Executive Vice President of Development and Co-Department Head. Thorn has worked in commercial real estate development since 2006 and specifically within the healthcare sector since 2010. Thorn’s responsibilities include leadership of Flagship’s development and construction management department. In addition to co-heading Flagship’s development and construction management service line, Thorn is a member of Flagship’s management team where he works closely with other departmental leaders to inform Flagship’s growth strategy, best practices, provider relationships & outreach.

Prior to joining FHP, Thorn spent four years as a member of the Real Estate Development and Acquisitions team at Atrium Health during a period of rapid growth. With Atrium Health, Mr. Baccich managed the acquisition and development of multiple new medical office, acute care and parking projects. Thorn is a Charlotte native and proud alum of South Mecklenburg High School and Princeton University. Thorn earned his degree in Architecture & Urban Planning while competing as a member of the varsity swim team. In addition to spending time with his wife and two sons, Thorn stays active volunteering for his alma mater and competing in various triathlon and masters swimming competitions.

Fun Fact: I swam on the varsity swim team while at Princeton and stay active these days competing in masters swimming and Ironman triathlons. I compete in an annual swim across Tampa Bay each January to raise money and awareness for the Navy SEAL Foundation.

Fun Fact: I am a huge coffee lover and am typically known for my addiction to Starbucks!

Fun Fact: I enjoy weekend road trips, going to sporting events to support my hometown team, the Dallas Cowboys, and catching a hockey game any time I can. I have plans to visit every hockey stadium across the country!

Amanda began her Commercial Property Management journey in retail in 2011, becoming a fully licensed NC Real Estate Broker in 2017.  She joined Flagship Healthcare Properties as a Property Manager in September of 2019, and currently serves as VP & Senior Property Manager managing a portfolio of the firm’s medical office properties in the Greensboro, Raleigh and Wilmington areas.

Embracing the old adage that “there are no problems, only opportunities,” she thrives on the day to day opportunities that the Medical Office Property Management industry present to learn and to grow in her experience.

While performing general property management functions, she works closely with Flagship’s in-house Facilities Maintenance division and a wide array of trusted contractors and vendors to ensure first-class operations and tenant satisfaction at all of her properties.

A long-time resident of the Central NC area, Amanda enjoys fitness, hiking, gardening (or trying to), and spending her time with her family and four-legged son, Oliver.

Fun Fact: After riding 2500 miles at the 9/11 Tribute Motorcycle Ride in 2012, I took a rider’s course and added the Motorcycle endorsement to my Driver’s License.

Fun Fact: My 3^rd cousin, Constance Baker Motley, was the first black woman to serve as a federal judge. She was appointed by Lyndon B Johnson in 1966.

Fun Fact: I was a published author at the age of 8.

Fun Fact: My husband and I honeymooned in St. Lucia, where we hiked up to a volcano and snorkeled between the Pitons.

Mr. Shull is a Partner with Flagship Healthcare Properties and has served as Executive Vice President of Property Management for the firm since its inception in 2010. Joe oversees the Property Management and Maintenance departments and leads a team of individuals in the day-to-day operations of both lines of business. Joe has dedicated the entirety of his career to property management, and since 2006 has been specialized in the management and operations of medical office buildings and ambulatory surgery centers.

Prior to joining the firm, Joe was a Property Manager at Bissell, where he began his career in commercial real estate after graduating from Appalachian State University.

Joe is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina where he attended Myers Park High School. In addition to spending time with his wife, two sons, and family, Joe enjoys golf, fishing, and sports.

Fun Fact: I am left handed but play sports right handed.

Fun Fact: My first job was as a tour guide at Elvis Presley’s Graceland!

Fun Fact: I once performed a special ops military training mission with a team of U.S. Navy SEALs.

Mr. Kneeland joined Flagship Healthcare Properties in December of 2017. As Vice President, Managing Director – Property Management, Kyle leads the property management teams in Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana while also managing a portfolio of class A medical office properties in this same region. His responsibilities include oversight, and implementation of the department’s policies and procedures and streamlining processes and interaction with out departments. Kyle is also responsible for onboarding assets from acquisitions, development and new third party properties in our day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Kyle served as the Director of Property Services for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in the Fredericksburg and Northern Virginia market. Kyle’s previous portfolio included a mix of retail, office, mixed-use, warehouse and medical office properties. Kyle has managed properties for a variety of ownership entities including private owners, institutions, investment groups, banks and special servicers.

Fun Fact: When I was a child my parents and teachers told me that I could be anything I wanted to be when I grew up. I told them I wanted to be an octopus.

Lauren Rubino began her Commercial Property Management journey in 2005, and managed retail shopping centers for 17 years.  She joined Flagship Healthcare Properties as a Senior Property Manager in April of 2022, and currently serves as VP & Senior Property Manager managing a portfolio of the firm’s medical office properties in the Charlotte Metro area.  Additionally, Lauren is privileged to lead an amazing team of two Property Managers and an Assistant Property Manager.

What Lauren loves about her career is that it offers endless challenges and learning opportunities. The balance of onsite and behind the desk functions, and the ability to work with so many terrific people to get it all done make it truly rewarding.

Originally from Vernon, Connecticut she has been living in the Carolinas for two decades.  Married to husband Jesse, they have three beautiful boys and one fur baby (also a boy).  Although children and sports currently occupy most of her “spare” time, Lauren enjoys working in the yard, organizing, and tackling small home projects with her husband.

Fun Fact: I moved to Charlotte by myself in 2004 with only a 2-door carload of belongings. Didn’t know a soul!

Fun Fact: When I was sixteen I was one of two chosen to represent the state of NC at a World of the Arts summit in Pleasantville, NY. (I played piano, others were artists, singers, etc.) In attendance, devoting their time, were some famous (at that time) artisans such as Ravi Shankar, Marion Anderson and Leonard Bernstein.

Polly joined Flagship as a Property Manager in October 2020 and quickly established herself as a Senior Property Manager handling all our assignments in Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana. Previously, Polly served as the Director of Property Management for Investor Management Service where she directly managed a mixed portfolio of 500,000+ sf including medical, retail and office. Polly has served her local IREM Chapter as the Chapter President and also holds her CPM designation. She’s an avid fan of DIY projects, hiking in the Smoky Mountains and SEC football.

Fun Fact: My college town is Little Sweden USA, a real-life Hallmark town.

Fun Fact: I have lived in both Mexico and England.

Ms. Addison joined Flagship Healthcare Properties in May 2021 and is now Managing Director, Vice President – Property Management. With over 15 years of commercial real estate and property management experience, Samantha leads the property management team in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana and Arkansas. In addition to oversight of the property management team, Samantha is responsible for on-boarding new assets through acquisition as well as fostering relationships with new and existing clients while evaluating and adjusting the portfolio to maximize NOI and ensure overall success of the region.

Prior to joining Flagship, Samantha spent 6 years at Colliers International overseeing approximately 1 million square feet of office, flex, and medical office space in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Samantha’s experience also includes retail and industrial assets and has worked with various ownership entities including both private and institutional owners.

On weekends, I enjoy attending art festivals, jazz concerts, theatre, wine tastings, Latin dancing, and exploring small towns.

Fun Fact: In 2013, my two daughters and I were invited by Mike Wolfe (American Pickers) to visit his shop in Nashville and spend the day with his family. My daughter Lindsay even got to ride in the sidecar of one of his classic motorcycles.

Fun Fact: My husband and I dated in the early 90s and were reunited and married 30 years later.

Alexis is the Executive Vice President of Investor Relations, overseeing both the Investor Relations and Marketing departments. In this role, she leads the company’s efforts to expand and manage its network of accredited investors in Flagship Healthcare Trust and engage with the investment community.

Prior to joining Flagship, Alexis served as Vice President of Business Development for CapGrow Partners where she was responsible for driving the company’s real estate investment growth through strategic partnerships on a national scale, as well as helping to provide direction and planning for the company. During her time at CapGrow, Alexis held various leadership positions across sales, marketing, and business development, continually developing the brand, evaluating key opportunities and relationships, as well as overseeing a team of sales and marketing professionals.

Fun Fact: I have a love of classic cars in general but a lifelong obsession with the 1964 ½ Mustang.

I enjoy rock climbing in my free time.

Fun Fact: My first commercial design was a patch for the Girl Scout Jamboree at Rockingham Motor Speedway. I won a contest for the patch with my original design at age 13.

Fun Fact: Growing up, I played for the Junior Olympic volleyball league which allowed me to travel and play in tournaments around the country.

Ryan joined Flagship Healthcare Properties in September 2022 and serves as Vice President of Marketing for the company. She applies her 20+ years of commercial real estate experience to the development of branding and corporate initiatives through the creation and implementation of strategic marketing programs and communication. She executes solutions at both the corporate and property levels through social media, content management, website management and maintenance, digital and print advertising, radio, as well as through events.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Ryan spent twenty years with Lincoln Harris, a Charlotte based commercial real estate company. Ryan worked her way up through the company from an Executive Assistant on the Corporate Services side of the business to VP, Director of Marketing for the company in 2018.

Ryan moved around a lot as a kid but has been happy to call Charlotte home since 1996.

Fun Fact: I am a closet NASCAR fan and love to watch the race on Sundays while curled up with my dog and a glass of wine.
