Vice President, Senior Property ManagerAmanda began her Commercial Property Management journey in retail in 2011, becoming a fully licensed NC Real Estate Broker in 2017. She joined Flagship Healthcare Properties as a Property Manager in September of 2019, and currently serves as VP & Senior Property Manager managing a portfolio of the firm’s medical office properties in the Greensboro, Raleigh and Wilmington areas.
Embracing the old adage that “there are no problems, only opportunities,” she thrives on the day to day opportunities that the Medical Office Property Management industry present to learn and to grow in her experience.
While performing general property management functions, she works closely with Flagship’s in-house Facilities Maintenance division and a wide array of trusted contractors and vendors to ensure first-class operations and tenant satisfaction at all of her properties.
A long-time resident of the Central NC area, Amanda enjoys fitness, hiking, gardening (or trying to), and spending her time with her family and four-legged son, Oliver.

Additionally, Andrew leads the firm’s debt sourcing and management efforts.
Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Andrew spent over two years with Columbus Nova, a Charlotte based commercial real estate investment group. Andrew served as an Acquisitions Analyst for Columbus Nova, supporting deal origination and acquisition execution for investments in single-tenant net lease assets.
A native of Massachusetts, Andrew has lived in Charlotte, NC since 2015. In addition to spending time with his wife, son, and golden retriever, he enjoys golfing and fishing.

As Partner and Executive Vice President, he is responsible for the ASC platform’s growth and direction, which is centered on building strategic partnerships with surgery center operators and physicians to acquire and/or develop ASCs.
Bratcher previously worked as the Enterprise Vice President of Real Estate for Envision Healthcare, a conglomerate of healthcare companies, where he oversaw the development and management of the portfolio consisting of approximately 650 properties, including 280 ASCs, across 40 states. Prior to Envision Healthcare’s merger with AmSurg, one of the nation’s largest ASC operators, Bratcher worked as AmSurg’s Director of Real Estate and Real Estate Counsel.

As CEO, Brannen is responsible for setting the strategy to execute on the company’s mission to provide extraordinary stewardship and outcomes for all we gratefully serve in healthcare real estate.
Prior to joining Flagship in 2006, Brannen was a Vice President in the commercial banking group at BB&T (now Truist). After BB&T, he earned his M.B.A. from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he graduated as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma with dual concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.
A native of Richmond, Virginia, Brannen has lived in North Carolina since 1999 and in Charlotte, NC since 2001. In addition to spending time with his wife, son and daughter, Brannen enjoys travel, reading, sports, exercise and golf.

He also oversees all regulatory compliance needs for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), including Environment of Care (EC) and Life Safety (LS) requirements set forth by governing authorities such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission (JCR), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the State Survey Agency (SA), and other Accrediting Organizations (AOs) for ASCs.
As an established leader, Coire works closely with departmental colleagues to establish processes and procedures that result in providing quality service to Flagship’s clients and tenants. He has been with the company since 2016 and has over 10 years of experience in the building maintenance field.
Recently, Coire acquired the NFPA’s Certified Fire Inspector – Level 1 Certification. This certification is an essential credential for demonstrating proficiency in inspecting buildings to verify that all federal, state, and local fire and life safety regulations are being followed and helping to ensure that all fire protection systems are operationally ready.
Fun Fact: I am not good at it, but I do a lot of fishing in my spare time. (My enjoyment of the outdoors overrides my lack of skill.) I’m also an avid shooter, and frequently go skeet shooting with friends.

In his current role, he is responsible for developing investor relationships for the firm. Most recently, Downie was instrumental in helping launch the firm’s private real estate investment trust (REIT), Flagship Healthcare Trust.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Saussy had a successful career in the homebuilding industry that began in 1978 as custom builder. In 1991 he helped form Saussy Burbank, one of the region’s most recognized merchant builders. Soon after its inception, the Charlotte-based homebuilder expanded with offices in Raleigh, NC and Charleston, SC. In 1999 Saussy Burbank was sold to Arvida/St. Joe and since then Downie has assisted in structuring commercial real estate investments throughout the Carolinas.

As Vice President, Managing Director – Property Management, Kyle leads the property management teams in Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana while also managing a portfolio of class A medical office properties in this same region. His responsibilities include oversight, and implementation of the department’s policies and procedures and streamlining processes and interaction with out departments. Kyle is also responsible for onboarding assets from acquisitions, development and new third party properties in our day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Kyle served as the Director of Property Services for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in the Fredericksburg and Northern Virginia market. Kyle’s previous portfolio included a mix of retail, office, mixed-use, warehouse and medical office properties. Kyle has managed properties for a variety of ownership entities including private owners, institutions, investment groups, banks and special servicers.

Kyle manages the investment process for Flagship Healthcare Trust, the company’s real estate investment trust (REIT), and holds a senior leadership role in Flagship’s broader capital allocation strategy, underwriting and new business development efforts. As CIO, he collaborates with executives overseeing asset management, leasing, accounting and investor relations to position the REIT’s investment activity, maximize long-term value creation and support growth and coverage of its dividend.
Prior to joining Flagship, Kyle was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Wentworth Management Services, focused on their healthcare real estate portfolio. Previously, he held various investment positions in 11 years at both Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI) and Aviv REIT, Inc. (formerly traded on the NYSE prior to its 2015 merger with Omega). Kyle oversaw the underwriting and investment management process at Aviv which went public in 2013. Prior to joining Aviv, he served with LaSalle Bank and its successor entity, Bank of America, in underwriting roles that provided lending services to the healthcare sector.
A native of Milwaukee, Kyle has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University. In addition to traveling with his wife, he enjoys Jeopardy, standup comedy and Wisconsin sports.

She joined Flagship Healthcare Properties as a Senior Property Manager in April of 2022, and currently serves as VP & Senior Property Manager managing a portfolio of the firm’s medical office properties in the Charlotte Metro area. Additionally, Lauren is privileged to lead an amazing team of two Property Managers and an Assistant Property Manager.
What Lauren loves about her career is that it offers endless challenges and learning opportunities. The balance of onsite and behind the desk functions, and the ability to work with so many terrific people to get it all done make it truly rewarding.
Originally from Vernon, Connecticut she has been living in the Carolinas for two decades. Married to husband Jesse, they have three beautiful boys and one fur baby (also a boy). Although children and sports currently occupy most of her “spare” time, Lauren enjoys working in the yard, organizing, and tackling small home projects with her husband.

Twenty of those years were spent as a clinical nurse before changing her focus to healthcare commercial real estate in 2018. This unique blend of industry expertise allows Mrs. Cook to efficiently understand physician demand, leasing and development while ensuring synergistic relationships among providers.
Since working in healthcare development, Liz has specialized in the ground up construction and leasing of class A medical office buildings and has a plethora of healthcare relationships throughout the country.
Prior to joining Flagship, she was the physician liaison and medical leasing director for a Florida retail developer with whom she aided in creating the firm’s healthcare division. During her tenure, Mrs. Cook led the medical leasing efforts while building and fostering physician relationships.
Liz ‘s clinical nursing experience includes time with John Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland as well as Medstar Trauma Center in Washington D.C.
Fun Fact: What initially started out as something fun to do with my teenage boys during COVID, has turned into a family event where we run together in 5k fundraisers to support our local community projects.

Reed has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare real estate sector and has significant experience in leasing many notable medical office buildings (MOB’s) throughout the Carolinas. Additionally, he advises numerous medical practices on their real estate strategy and speaks regularly at healthcare real estate industry conferences.
Reed is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and received a B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University. He resides in Charlotte with his wife and two daughters. Reed enjoys playing tennis, golf, snow skiing, volunteering for various charities and youth organizations and seeing live music.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Rex was SVP Asset Management at Lillibridge Healthcare Services with responsibility over 150 medical properties with a combined square footage in excess of 8 million square feet. In 2005, Rex was instrumental in the IPO of Cogdell Spencer Inc. Subsequently in 2012, Rex was one of the transition leaders during the acquisition of Cogdell Spencer by Ventas/Lillibridge Healthcare Services.

Prior to joining HHRE, Rob held executive level national account management positions at Air Methods, an emergency helicopter transport service company, and Henry Schein, Inc., a medical and dental supply company. Rob’s background also includes contract management experience at HealthTrust Purchasing Group (HPG), a group purchasing organization with over 1,600 hospital members, and sales roles with Kinetic Concepts, Inc., a wound care technology company, and Schering Plough (now Merck), a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Rob holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Ronnie has lived in the Charlotte area for over 30 years where she and her husband enjoy spending time on Lake Norman, watching Panthers and Steelers football and visiting their son who is a recent graduate from High Point University.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties in 2014, Ryan worked as the corporate property manager for Driven Brands, a consolidated franchise holding company with more than 1,500 automotive service centers nationwide. There, his portfolio consisted of Class A office, industrial, and more than 180 free-standing retail sites.
A native of Columbia, Maryland, Ryan has lived in Charlotte, NC since 2001. In addition to spending time with his wife and seven children, who keep him busy with their various sporting and musical interests, Ryan enjoys traveling, exercise and being involved in his local church.

Ryan worked her way up through the company from an Executive Assistant on the Corporate Services side of the business to VP, Director of Marketing for the company in 2018.

Prior to joining FHP, Thorn spent four years as a member of the Real Estate Development and Acquisitions team at Atrium Health during a period of rapid growth. With Atrium Health, Mr. Baccich managed the acquisition and development of multiple new medical office, acute care and parking projects. Thorn is a Charlotte native and proud alum of South Mecklenburg High School and Princeton University. Thorn earned his degree in Architecture & Urban Planning while competing as a member of the varsity swim team. In addition to spending time with his wife and two sons, Thorn stays active volunteering for his alma mater and competing in various triathlon and masters swimming competitions.

Prior to that, Tiffany directed First Colony Corporation’s office leasing operations. She began her commercial real estate career working for Trammell Crow Company’s Charlotte office.

Gerald brings more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience primarily in the areas of investments, project development, leasing, and client relations. He has spent the past 25 years focused solely on healthcare real estate.
Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Gerald was Vice President of Development & Leasing with Lendlease Healthcare Development (formerly DASCO Companies) where he was responsible for the development and leasing of over 2 million square feet of outpatient facilities on a national platform.

Prior to joining HHRE, Rob held executive level national account management positions at Air Methods, an emergency helicopter transport service company, and Henry Schein, Inc., a medical and dental supply company. Rob’s background also includes contract management experience at HealthTrust Purchasing Group (HPG), a group purchasing organization with over 1,600 hospital members, and sales roles with Kinetic Concepts, Inc., a wound care technology company, and Schering Plough (now Merck), a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Rob holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

There, his portfolio consisted of Class A office, industrial, and more than 180 free-standing retail sites.
A native of Columbia, Maryland, Ryan has lived in Charlotte, NC since 2001. In addition to spending time with his wife and seven children, who keep him busy with their various sporting and musical interests, Ryan enjoys traveling, exercise and being involved in his local church.

Thorn is a Charlotte native and proud alum of South Mecklenburg High School and Princeton University. Thorn earned his degree in Architecture & Urban Planning while competing as a member of the varsity swim team. He also oversees all regulatory compliance needs for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), including Environment of Care (EC) and Life Safety (LS) requirements set forth by governing authorities such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission (JCR), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the State Survey Agency (SA), and other Accrediting Organizations (AOs) for ASCs.
As an established leader, Coire works closely with departmental colleagues to establish processes and procedures that result in providing quality service to Flagship’s clients and tenants. He has been with the company since 2016 and has over 10 years of experience in the building maintenance field.
Recently, Coire acquired the NFPA’s Certified Fire Inspector – Level 1 Certification. This certification is an essential credential for demonstrating proficiency in inspecting buildings to verify that all federal, state, and local fire and life safety regulations are being followed and helping to ensure that all fire protection systems are operationally ready.
Fun Fact: I am not good at it, but I do a lot of fishing in my spare time. (My enjoyment of the outdoors overrides my lack of skill.) I’m also an avid shooter, and frequently go skeet shooting with friends.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Saussy had a successful career in the homebuilding industry that began in 1978 as custom builder. In 1991 he helped form Saussy Burbank, one of the region’s most recognized merchant builders. Soon after its inception, the Charlotte-based homebuilder expanded with offices in Raleigh, NC and Charleston, SC. In 1999 Saussy Burbank was sold to Arvida/St. Joe and since then Downie has assisted in structuring commercial real estate investments throughout the Carolinas.

Bratcher previously worked as the Enterprise Vice President of Real Estate for Envision Healthcare, a conglomerate of healthcare companies, where he oversaw the development and management of the portfolio consisting of approximately 650 properties, including 280 ASCs, across 40 states. Prior to Envision Healthcare’s merger with AmSurg, one of the nation’s largest ASC operators, Bratcher worked as AmSurg’s Director of Real Estate and Real Estate Counsel.

Prior to joining Flagship, Kyle was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Wentworth Management Services, focused on their healthcare real estate portfolio. Previously, he held various investment positions in 11 years at both Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI) and Aviv REIT, Inc. (formerly traded on the NYSE prior to its 2015 merger with Omega). Kyle oversaw the underwriting and investment management process at Aviv which went public in 2013. Prior to joining Aviv, he served with LaSalle Bank and its successor entity, Bank of America, in underwriting roles that provided lending services to the healthcare sector.

Greg’s other responsibilities include tenant representation services, property acquisitions/dispositions and investment sales.
Greg is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and received his B.A. in Economics from Kenyon College, where he started all four years as a tight end on the football team. Greg resides in Charlotte with his wife and golden retriever. In addition to spending time with family and friends, he enjoys golfing and cheering on the Panthers.

Jim’s clients regard him as a relentless problem solver for functional and cost-effective healthcare real estate solutions. Whether it is redevelopment / conversion of retail, build to suits, creating leverage or competition for a property or using analytics to help user groups capture market share Jim fully explores and presents market options which allows his client to make informed decisions, decisions that are in the client’s best interest.
Jim has been responsible for over 2.8 million SF of medical office leases, sales and site selection / build to suits through-out Florida for multiple specialties including: Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Diagnostics, Primary Care, Oncology, Multi-specialty, Hospice, ASCs, Labs, back-office administration. Twenty of those years were spent as a clinical nurse before changing her focus to healthcare commercial real estate in 2018. This unique blend of industry expertise allows Mrs. Cook to efficiently understand physician demand, leasing and development while ensuring synergistic relationships among providers.
Since working in healthcare development, Liz has specialized in the ground up construction and leasing of class A medical office buildings and has a plethora of healthcare relationships throughout the country.
Prior to joining Flagship, she was the physician liaison and medical leasing director for a Florida retail developer with whom she aided in creating the firm’s healthcare division. During her tenure, Mrs. Cook led the medical leasing efforts while building and fostering physician relationships.
Liz ‘s clinical nursing experience includes time with John Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland as well as Medstar Trauma Center in Washington D.C.

Reed has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare real estate sector and has significant experience in leasing many notable medical office buildings (MOB’s) throughout the Carolinas. Additionally, he advises numerous medical practices on their real estate strategy and speaks regularly at healthcare real estate industry conferences.
Reed is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and received a B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University. He resides in Charlotte with his wife and two daughters. Reed enjoys playing tennis, golf, snow skiing, volunteering for various charities and youth organizations and seeing live music.

Tiffany has been active in Charlotte’s commercial real estate market for 30+ years. Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, she was Vice President of Investment Sales for Trinity Partners. Prior to that, Tiffany directed First Colony Corporation’s office leasing operations. She began her commercial real estate career working for Trammell Crow Company’s Charlotte office.
A native of Rochester, New York, Tiffany has lived in Charlotte since 1991. She enjoys reading, exercising, country music and spending time with her husband, daughters, son and miniature dachshund.

Prior to this role in the Leasing & Brokerage department, Will served as a Property Manager for Flagship Healthcare Properties corporate portfolio, working directly with tenants, building owners, and vendors on a daily basis. He is a Charlotte native and holds a North Carolina Real Estate license. Will was Captain of the varsity soccer team at Hampden Sydney College and received many accolades during his 4 years of playing.

There he was responsible for 32 healthcare development projects totaling 2,000,000+ SF and $420 million in cost, including ambulatory facilities, in-patient hospitals, and associated parking structures.

Prior to joining the firm, Garrett spent 6 years with Novant Health’s construction team. During his time at Novant, Garrett oversaw numerous multi-million dollar projects and managed all of the outpatient construction for Novant Health’s Charlotte region.
Garrett holds a degree in Healthcare Administration and has deep roots in the construction industry. Prior to joining Novant, he was involved in a family-owned construction business with a more than 30 year history that has positively impacted numerous Charlotte and Winston-Salem-area cities.
Born and raised in Davie County, Garrett has recently moved back to his hometown after living in Charlotte, NC for over 7 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife, and being a father to his boys’. In his spare time he also enjoys big game hunting, riding his Harley-Davidson, and traveling the U.S.

In addition to co-heading Flagship’s development and construction management service line, Thorn is a member of Flagship’s management team where he works closely with other departmental leaders to inform Flagship’s growth strategy, best practices, provider relationships & outreach.
Prior to joining FHP, Thorn spent four years as a member of the Real Estate Development and Acquisitions team at Atrium Health during a period of rapid growth. With Atrium Health, Mr. Baccich managed the acquisition and development of multiple new medical office, acute care and parking projects. Thorn is a Charlotte native and proud alum of South Mecklenburg High School and Princeton University. Thorn earned his degree in Architecture & Urban Planning while competing as a member of the varsity swim team. In addition to spending time with his wife and two sons, Thorn stays active volunteering for his alma mater and competing in various triathlon and masters swimming competitions.

Kyle’s previous portfolio included a mix of retail, office, mixed-use, warehouse and medical office properties. Kyle has managed properties for a variety of ownership entities including private owners, institutions, investment groups, banks and special servicers.

Additionally, Lauren is privileged to lead an amazing team of two Property Managers and an Assistant Property Manager.
What Lauren loves about her career is that it offers endless challenges and learning opportunities. The balance of onsite and behind the desk functions, and the ability to work with so many terrific people to get it all done make it truly rewarding.
Originally from Vernon, Connecticut she has been living in the Carolinas for two decades. Married to husband Jesse, they have three beautiful boys and one fur baby (also a boy). Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Ryan spent twenty years with Lincoln Harris, a Charlotte based commercial real estate company. Ryan worked her way up through the company from an Executive Assistant on the Corporate Services side of the business to VP, Director of Marketing for the company in 2018.
Ryan moved around a lot as a kid but has been happy to call Charlotte home since 1996.
