GRAPEVINE, TEXAS — Flagship Healthcare Properties (Flagship), an outpatient healthcare real estate firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a Class A, 100% leased medical outpatient building (MOB) and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in Grapevine, Texas.
The 17,724-square-foot property at 2201 Westgate Plaza was originally built in 2010. It includes clinical office space and a surgery center, featuring eight exam rooms and two operating rooms. Conveniently located along State Highway 114, the property is one mile from the 302-bed Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Grapevine, two miles from the 17-bed Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Southlake, and four miles from the 54-bed Methodist Southlake Medical Center.
Grapevine is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area, which is projected to be the fifth fastest-growing large metro area in the U.S. by 2028.
“We are excited about acquiring this high-quality asset in a growing market anchored by trusted providers and a national ASC operator, in partnership, as our long-term tenant,” said Blake Bratcher, Flagship’s Executive Vice President of Ambulatory Surgery Centers. “Ambulatory surgery centers are at the forefront of transformation in health care delivery, and we are continuing to capitalize on new opportunities in alignment with physicians and surgery center operators to help them maximize their real estate so they can carry out their mission more effectively.”
Flagship will provide property management and asset management services for the building.
