Hunter Holmes McGuire Virginia Medical Center Signs Lease for New Center in Fredericksburg
FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA – Brackett Flagship Properties is pleased to announce that property leasing representative Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has successfully leased space at Lee’s Hill Medical Plaza to the region’s newest Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center.
The clinic will be an 11,576 square foot state-of-the-art medical services facility located on the 3rd floor. Lee’s Hill Medical Plaza is excited to house the services of the VA to the nation’s fastest growing veteran community residing in the Fredericksburg region.
