Mr. Tate is the Chief Accounting Officer for Flagship Healthcare Properties. He is responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. He supervises a team of property accountants and lease administrators, who are responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and producing timely monthly and quarterly financial statement packages for all FHP-managed assets.

Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Tripp served as the Senior Credit Analyst at First Bank of the Tetons in Jackson, Wyoming.

Tripp is Charlotte native, who in addition to spending time with his family, loves the outdoors, music, and the Carolina Panthers.
