Tiffany Slayden has been an active broker in Charlotte’s commercial real estate market for nearly three decades. Her passion for real estate grew out of her love for Charlotte and its people. She began her career as an Office Leasing Agent with Trammell Crow Company in 1993. After earning her CCIM designation in 1997, her roles and experience expanded to include Investment Sales. In early 2000, Tiffany began to specialize in the healthcare sector of the commercial office market with First Colony Corporation. At the firm, she directed First Colony Corporation’s leasing operations for both new development projects and an existing portfolio of small to mid-sized medical office properties.

In 2009, Tiffany joined Flagship Healthcare Properties. As Flagship’s Senior Vice President of Leasing & Brokerage, Tiffany concentrates on a variety of transaction types including investment sales, leasing, brokerage and tenant representation. She enjoys specializing in Charlotte’s medical real estate market due to the relationships that she has established with local providers and healthcare systems.
