Heather joined the firm in August of 2018 as the Property Administrator. She provides support for the firm’s Property Managers. Heather’s responsibilities include coordinating vendor engagement and procurement, tenant engagement, ensuring compliance, database management, and various other projects. Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, she was the Operations Administrator for the Property Management department at Childress Klein.

A native of Washington state, Heather has lived in the Charlotte area since 2014. Heather keeps busy exploring the area with her husband and Border collie. She enjoys hiking, cooking, crafting and watching football.
