Patricia Wynne

Property Administrator

Pat Wynne joined FHP in 2020 as a Property Administrator, after enjoying a brief retirement. She has been in the property management industry for nearly 40 years, holding the position of Director of Property Management for Spectrum Properties, where one of her last roles was the construction and opening of the signature 300 South Tryon Street hi-rise, mixed-use office building. She also served as Director of Asset Management for Highwoods Properties, where she was responsible for 53 buildings, totaling 3,547,500 square feet and five property owners’ associations.

Pat is a native of Charlotte and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in French from Appalachian State University and a Master of Business Administration from Queens University. She is a past president of Western North Carolina Chapter 40 of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker.
She enjoys spending time with family, entertaining, playing the piano and her new rescue dog, Brody.

Fun Fact

She was one of two to represent the state of North Carolina at a World of Arts symposium in Pleasantville, New York where Ravi Shankar and Leonard Bernstein, among others, performed and provided counsel.
