Mr. Kneeland joined Flagship Healthcare Properties in December of 2017. As Vice President, Property Management – North Region, Kyle leads the property management team in Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and eastern North Carolina, while also managing a portfolio of class-A medical office properties in this same region. His responsibilities include oversight and implementation of the department’s policies and procedures and streamlining processes and interaction with other departments. Kyle is also responsible for on-boarding assets from acquisitions, development, and new third party properties into our day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Kyle served as the Director of Property Services for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in the Fredericksburg and Northern Virginia market. Kyle’s previous portfolio included a mix of retail, office, mixed-use, warehouse and medical office properties. Kyle has managed properties for a variety of ownership entities including private owners, institutions, investment groups, banks and special servicers.
