Mr. Pace is a Maintenance Engineer with Flagship Healthcare Properties. Jeff is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of a portfolio of properties in Charlotte, Matthews, and Pineville, North Carolina, and Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Jeff was a Lead Maintenance Engineer for Mecklenburg County for 10 years, where he managed several county-owned properties.

Jeff is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina. In addition to spending time with his daughter, two sons, and granddaughter, Jeff enjoys sports, playing golf, and traveling to the beach and the mountains.
