Gerald E. Quattlebaum
Mr. Quattlebaum is the executive vice president of acquisitions for Flagship Healthcare Properties. In this role, Gerald oversees all aspects of the firm’s acquisition group including sourcing, screening, managing the analytical and due diligence functions, legal documentation, and closing of all acquired assets on behalf of the firm.
Gerald brings more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience primarily in the areas of project development, leasing, and client relations. He has spent the past 20 years focused solely on healthcare real estate, both on de novo development projects as well as existing medical portfolios. Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Gerald was vice president of development & leasing with Lendlease Healthcare Development (formerly DASCO Companies) where he was responsible for the development and leasing of over 2 million square feet of outpatient facilities on a national platform.
Gerald is a native of West Palm Beach, Florida and now lives in Charlotte with his wife and four children.
