Gena serves as Senior Associate Fund Administration & Compliance for Flagship Healthcare Properties. Gena has more than 5 years of industry experience starting as a residential Real Estate Broker in 2018 then transitioning to commercial multifamily underwriting and acquisitions. Graduating from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business. 

A native of Cairo, Egypt, Gena has lived in the Carolinas since 7 years old. In addition to spending time with family, Gena enjoys traveling, cooking and being on the water.
