Blake Martin is the Senior Vice President of Development of Flagship Healthcare Properties. Blake oversees, coordinates and manages the sourcing of new ground up development and other revenue generating opportunities for FHP consistent with the Company’s objectives and mandate, with hospitals, health systems and physician practices in FHP’s target markets. Blake brings over 10 years of experience in strategic development, real estate management and healthcare operations.

Before joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Blake was the Vice President of Development for Red Rock Developments where he was responsible for overseeing projects for industrial and office development. Prior to Red Rock, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Monarch for 9 years where he was responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of all real estate, lease management, and vendor contracts. Early in his career, Blake served in alumni development at both Wingate University and Pfeiffer University.

Blake is a native North Carolinian and calls Locust, North Carolina home. He and his wife are avid travelers, enjoy kayaking and Carolina Panthers football.
