Alexis is executive vice president and director of investor relations for Flagship Healthcare Properties. She helps lead the company’s efforts to grow and manage our network of accredited investors in the firm’s private real estate invesment trust, Flagship Healthcare Trust, and engage with the investment community.

Prior to joining Flagship, Alexis served as vice president of business development for CapGrow Partners where she was responsible for driving the company’s real estate investment growth through strategic partnerships on a national scale, as well as helping to provide direction and planning for the company. During her time at CapGrow, Alexis held various leadership positions across sales, marketing, and business development, continually developing the brand, evaluating key opportunities and relationships, as well as overseeing a team of sales and marketing professionals.

Alexis earned her bachelor’s degree at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania before heading to Europe with Boston University’s College of Communication where she earned a master’s degree in corporate public relations.

Alexis recently moved to the Charlotte area with her husband Stephen, their two children and the newest member of their family, a 5lb Yorkshire Terrier named Annie.
