Brackett Flagship Leasing Updates for September

Matthews Periodontics recently purchased a 2,682 SF office condo located at 428 Sam Newell Road in Matthews, which is part of the Offices at Matthews Medical.  Reed Griffith of BFP represented the buyer and Ken Heiliger of Heiliger & Associates represented the seller in the transaction.

Betty Ostrow DDS signed a lease for 2,600 square feet at Park Medical Center which is located at 10512 Park Road, across from the CMC-Pineville Hospital campus.  Tiffany Slayden represented the Landlord, HCREIT.  Dr. Ostrow plans to open her new office in the 2nd quarter 2012.

Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center renewed its lease for 2,900 square feet at Piedmont Professional Park at 197 Piedmont Blvd, across from the main entrance to Piedmont Medical Center.  Tiffany Slayden represented the Tenant and Brannen Edge represented the Landlord.

CU Pharmaceutical Research opened a new 1,812 square foot office at 223 S. Herlong Avenue in late August 2011.  Tiffany Slayden represented the Landlord.

Financial Resources Group expanded and renewed its lease for 4,600 square feet at 2901 Coltsgate in SouthPark.  Tiffany Slayden represented the Landlord, T. Hall Enterprises I, LLC.

Worldclass CME relocated from Rock Hill to 1,500 square feet at 6201 Fairview Road.  The tenant was represented by Tiffany Slayden.  Rhea Green represented the Landlord.

Dr. Gary Waldman, MD signed a lease for 3,349 square feet at Park Medical Center in Pineville.  Kent Wood with Percival McGuire represented the tenant and Tiffany Slayden with Brackett Flagship represented the Landlord, HCREIT.  Dr. Waldman plans to open his new office in late January 2012.
