CHARLOTTE, N.C. (October 17, 2019) – Flagship Healthcare Properties (Flagship) has secured two leases for its medical office building (MOB) at 1900 Scott Avenue that return it to 100% occupancy. Located in the Midtown submarket of Charlotte, North Carolina less than 0.5 miles from Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center, 1900 Scott Avenue is a two-story, 17,272-square-foot class “A” MOB. The building offers a five per 1,000 surface parking ratio, on-building signage, close proximity to all major interstates and is within walking distance to the numerous restaurants and retail locations within the vibrant submarket.
Veritas Collaborative, a national healthcare system for the treatment of eating disorders, recently opened on the entire first floor of the MOB. Atrium Health signed a lease for the entire second floor of the building and plans to open a new pediatric practice in the space.
