HOLLY SPRINGS, NC – November 13, 2017 – Flagship Healthcare Properties has acquired the Holly Springs Surgery Center building located at 600 Village Walk Drive in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The new Class A, ± 18,220 square foot ambulatory surgery center (“ASC”) and medical office building (“MOB”) was recently developed as a build-to-suit and is fully leased, and was the 17th property acquired into the Flagship Healthcare Real Estate Fund II, LLC.

The Holly Springs Surgery Center is located in Southpark Village, a recently developed mixed-use center. Tenants in the building include Holly Springs Surgery Center, Raleigh Neurosurgical Clinic, and Cary Orthopaedics.
