CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Nov. 10, 2020) — Flagship Healthcare Properties (Flagship), an outpatient healthcare real estate firm, is pleased to announce a partnership with Project REAP, the Real Estate Associate Program (REAP).
REAP is a nonprofit organization established in 1998 to help advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry through education, mentorship and partnerships. Since launching in 1998, REAP has played a role in increasing minorities at leadership levels within commercial real estate by ten percent.
As a partner, Flagship will participate in the ULI/REAP Fall Academy 2020 by hosting a virtual networking event for REAP members and alumni. Elaine Boyle, Vice President of Leasing and Brokerage; Rex Noble, Executive Vice President of Asset Management; and Polly Taylor, Senior Vice President of Property Management, will offer attendees their industry expertise from a healthcare real estate perspective. This panel discussion will provide an opportunity for talented diverse professionals to network with experienced real estate panelists.
“We are thrilled to partner with Project REAP,” states Charles Campbell, Chief Executive Officer at Flagship. “Flagship Healthcare Properties is honored to sponsor Project REAP’s efforts to provide minority professionals the tools to be successful in this sector and to connect top talent with leading industry employers.”
