FLAGSHIP HEALTHCARE PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES DEVELOPMENT OF AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER FOR SOUTH BALDWIN REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER IN FOLEY, ALABAMA
FOLEY, Ala.— Flagship Healthcare Properties (Flagship), an outpatient healthcare real estate firm, is pleased to announce the development of South Baldwin Regional Medical Center Surgery Center, a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center in Foley, Alabama. The center will be across the street from the South Baldwin Regional Medical Center, and is set to enhance healthcare services in the rapidly growing Baldwin County area.

The new 18,400-square-foot facility will feature four modern operating rooms and two endoscopy procedure rooms, designed to provide top-tier surgical care to the community. Construction of the surgery center is to begin in September 2024, with a projected completion date in the fourth quarter of 2025.
