The building is located in the affluent SouthPark area of Charlotte, featuring a regional Mall containing a mix of national and local retailers, multi-tenant office buildings, apartments and single family residences. SouthPark is ideally situated between Uptown Charlotte and the Ballantyne area in South Charlotte. The building is the home to Re/Max Executive Realty’s SouthPark office.
