Charlotte, NC – Brackett Flagship Properties (BFP) is pleased to announce that it has represented T Hall Enterprises I, LLC in the disposition of an 18,500 square foot Class A office building at 2901 Coltsgate Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Building sold for $3.2 million.
The building is located in the affluent SouthPark area of Charlotte, featuring a regional Mall containing a mix of national and local retailers, multi-tenant office buildings, apartments and single family residences. SouthPark is ideally situated between Uptown Charlotte and the Ballantyne area in South Charlotte. The building is the home to Re/Max Executive Realty’s SouthPark office.
