March 31st, 2016 – Brackett Flagship Properties, LLC is pleased to announce that Rex Noble will join the firm as Senior Vice President of Asset Management, effective April 1, 2016. Rex will lead the asset management team in maximizing the performance and value of our real estate portfolio, while formulating and implementing a long-range asset management strategy. Rex brings two decades of healthcare real estate industry experience and has extensive knowledge of the industry’s trends and challenges.

Rex will directly support the company’s portfolio of sponsored assets, which includes more than 30 buildings totaling more than 1 million square feet of healthcare real estate.
Prior to joining Brackett Flagship Properties, Rex was SVP Asset Management at Lillibridge Healthcare Services where he managed over 150 medical properties with a combined 8 million square feet. In 2005, Rex was instrumental in the IPO of Cogdell Spencer Inc. Subsequently in 2012, he was a transition leader during the acquisition of Cogdell Spencer by Ventas/Lillibridge Healthcare Services.
