Flagship Healthcare Real Estate Fund acquires Central Piedmont Surgery Center in Asheboro, North Carolina
ASHEBORO, December 15, 2015 – Flagship Healthcare Real Estate Fund is pleased to announce its acquisition of the real property that houses Central Piedmont Surgery Center in Asheboro, North Carolina. Central Piedmont Surgery Center is an important part of Randolph Hospital’s surgical services offerings in the Greater Randolph County Region. Randolph Hospital is a nationally recognized hospital for quality care and based in Asheboro, North Carolina. The 7,341 square-foot ambulatory surgery center is leased by Randolph Hospital and marks the 12th investment for the Fund.
