Raleigh, North Carolina – Flagship Healthcare Real Estate Fund is pleased to announce its acquisition of Wesvill Medical & Professional Building in Raleigh, North Carolina. The class “A”, 3-story, 35,284 square-foot medical and professional office building is fully leased and makes the 11th investment for the Fund.

“We are pleased to be acquiring such a solid asset for our Flagship Healthcare Real Estate Fund,” says Russell Brown, Vice President of Investments at Brackett Flagship Properties. “Given its proximity to UNC Rex Hospital, strong area demographics, and population growth, the property provided an exceptional opportunity to further increase our commitment to the Triangle market for our investors.” Skipper Day of York Properties represented the buyer.

Charlotte-based Brackett Flagship Properties will provide asset and property management services for the building and its tenants.

Built in 2002, the property has been owned continuously by an owner-occupant partnership and is ideally situated in West Raleigh, one of Raleigh’s healthiest and most desirable submarkets.
