Raleigh, North Carolina – Flagship Healthcare Real Estate Fund is pleased to announce its acquisition of Wesvill Medical & Professional Building in Raleigh, North Carolina. The class “A”, 3-story, 35,284 square-foot medical and professional office building is fully leased and makes the 11th investment for the Fund.
