October 7, 2016 – Brackett Flagship Properties is pleased to represent the Landlord of Gilead Medical Center II in leasing the recently completed building, located at 9516 Kincey Avenue in Huntersville, North Carolina. Most recently, Select Physical Therapy has inked a deal for 2,500 SF to open a new Huntersville practice location to support the growing population in the area.
Additionally, Lakeside Oral & Implant Surgery has completed construction on a uniquely designed 3,200 square foot space on the first floor and is now open for business.
The anchor tenant for the building is Novant Health Gilead Road Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. Remaining available space includes 3,200 SF on the 1st floor, and 4,000 to 10,000 SF on the 2nd floor.
