Anchored by Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, the building sits on N Elm Street next to Greensboro’s Lake Jeanette, and is less than a quarter mile from the future I-840/Greensboro Urban Loop. Coley Cosmetic & Hand Surgery Center and Compass Financial Partners bring the building to 100% occupancy.
The adult clinics at Wake Forest Baptist Health Medical Plaza include heart failure, neurosurgery, reproductive medicine, spine, surgical specialties, urology, urological gynecology and weight management. The Brenner Children’s Hospital pediatric clinics at the location include cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, hematology and oncology, kidney, urology and weight management. The facility also features ultrasound services and fully equipped labs.
