April Lease Transactions

Brackett Flagship Properties is pleased to announce it represented Carolina Digestive Health Associates in their recent lease of 5,163 RSF at 3541 Randolph Road in the Randolph Medical Park.  The new office will serve as the primary administrative and billing office for the practice.  Reed Griffith of Brackett Flagship represented Carolina Digestive Health Associates, and Jennifer Brotherton of Cogdell Spencer Erdman represented the landlord in this transaction.

Handcrafted Physical Therapy recently purchased a 1,476 RSF office condo at 16147 Lancaster Highway in the Hunter’s Crossing development.  Reed Griffith of Brackett Flagship represented Handcrafted Physical Therapy and Bob Pinto of KW Commercial represented the seller.

RE/MAX Real Estate Experts has signed a lease for 1,875 RSF at 501 S. Sharon Amity Road in Charlotte and will open the office by July.  Tiffany Slayden of Brackett Flagship Properties represented RE/MAX and Reed Griffith, also of Brackett Flagship, represented the landlord in this transaction.

Ability Prosthetics and Orthotics, Inc. has signed a lease for 3,202 RSF at 309 S. Sharon Amity – the Cotswold Medical Center.  Ability was represented by Caldwell Rose of NAI Southern Real Estate and Tiffany Slayden of Brackett Flagship represented the landlord.

Quest Diagnostics Clinical Laboratories, Inc has signed a lease at 3541 Randolph Road in the Randolph Medical Park for 1,000 RSF.  Tiffany Slayden of Brackett Flagship represented Quest in the lease transaction and Jennifer Brotherton of Cogdell Spencer Erdman represented the landlord.

Quest Diagnostics Clinical Laboratories, Inc has also renewed its lease for 2,500 RSF at 8848 Red Oak Blvd in Charlotte.  Tiffany Slayden represented Quest and Bob Smith with EOLA Capital represented the landlord.
