We source acquisitions through an extensive network of property owners, developers, brokers, and healthcare providers. Typically the Firm acquires properties “off-market” in order to avoid an auction-style acquisition process, resulting in more favorable valuations and higher returns for investors. Our process includes extensive due diligence and underwriting through our experienced research, analysis, and legal teams.
Our typical acquisition target in a range of 20-100K SF, with acquisition values between $4 million and $25 million.
Flagship Healthcare Properties invests for its own account as well as for the benefit of strategic partners, which include institutional investors, family offices, family foundations, and high net worth individuals. We will help facilitate the deployment of capital by outside investors, whether to satisfy 1031 tax-deferred exchange needs or implement an asset-allocation strategy.
