FLAGSHIP HEALTHCARE PROPERTIES SPONSORS PURCHASE OF WINSTON-SALEM MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING

WINSTON SALEM, NC – October 10, 2017 – Flagship Healthcare Properties (FHP) is pleased to have sponsored the purchase of the 24,842 SF medical office building known as 140 Kimel Park Drive in Winston-Salem, NC.

The property is located at the center of Kimel Park, a 12-building medical office park located near Novant Health’s corporate headquarters and Forsyth Medical Center. The building is master leased by Novant Medical Group, Inc. with the largest tenant being Carolina Urological Associates – Winston Salem, a Novant owned practice and one of the most established urological practices in the Triad.
